Normally We Have Great service and haven't had an issue in multiple years, we ordered a couple subs for delivery and we ordered with specific request, add this add that and bla,bla bla when our subs were delivered they were plain and only with what we aked for, no lettuce no mayo no nothing . We called to express our concerns aND was told by the girl that answered the phone basically we had to deal with it and hopefully we will order again. I expressed I will never order again, the right thing would have been to 1 remake it or hey maybe say sorry for the misunderstanding , mr customer can you come down and we can make it right, or hey you tipped my guy 5 bucks we will run some lettuce mayo and other veggies your way. BUT INSTEAD WE GOT A LIVE WITH IT ATTITUDE and hopefully you'll still order from us . Read moreThis store has 4.5 stars.....not enough! I made an order through this stores Google listing (Postmates). Made the order easy enough, had a tracker to show the progress. Order said delivered......I beg to differ! No vehicles had come down my street in the last 20 minutes. I called Postmates....uugghhhh. 15-20 minutes on the phone and I got a refund.....I wanted food! How hard is delivering food? I did it.....and if I can do it well anyone can. My wife ordered through the Goodcents website while I was on the phone with Postmates. She went and picked up the order. The woman at the store instantly asked if we had previously ordered through Postmates. My wife said yes. The woman gave us our order at no charge knowing we had received a refund from Postmates. She also heard from the people that got our order and gave it to them for free as well. Well..... needless to say we are that stores customers for life. My wife was so shocked by the kindness she forgot to leave a tip and didn't even get the woman's name. Ma'am, have a very Merry Christmas and I will be sure to leave double tip on out next visit. Read moreI came to the shop for the first time on 4/23. Service was great, and food was good and reasonably priced. I went back today on 4/25 around 7:30pm and had a completely different experience. The girl working was sitting on the floor when we entered. She got up and seemed like she hated working there. She didn't wash her hands after using them to get up off the floor and just put on gloves. No smile, not friendly, monotone with the few words she did speak. The guy wasn't much better. After paying, she went and sat back on the floor. I was excited about finding this place but probably won't be back often due to the bad customer service. I don't normally like to write bad reviews, but I hope the manager or owner will see this because the service tonight was so bad. We tried to call the store when we got home, but no one picked up. 2 stars for service only because my first visit was good. 2 stars for the atmosphere because the workers made me not want...
