If you want a doughy uncooked pizza this is the place to get it. I ordered a cheese stuffed crust supreme pizza got it home and it was still doughy. I thought putting it in the oven for a while longer would fix it...no it did not so I called them to at least let them know and the person who answered the phone made sense in saying that unless I wanted a crispy or burnt pizza that specific pizza is hard to cook right because of the amount of toppings it has....well dont you think you should let a customer know this or if you cant get it cooked right, perhaps not sell it. I've ordered the same kind of pizza from other pizza places and never ever got an uncooked pizza before in my life. I've got to say this experience ruined supreme pizzas for me for a long time....It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it and I love pizza so much I could eat it morning, noon and night. Truly not now. Anyway, Like I said I called because I thought they should know because it just doesnt seem like a doughy pizza could really be all that safe and maybe one of their ovens might have something wrong with it and besides what info I was given in regards to how many items on that pizza making it hard for them to assure a fully cooked pizza I was also told well You need to bring the pizza back and then we will replace it. I thought that was rude as I didnt call for a refund or a replacement besides I had thrown the pizza away. I thought about it once we hung up of how rude that truly ended up being first off, come to think of it, I didnt even get an apology and 2nd If I had expected a refund or replacement then damn right I'd better get one whether I had the old pizza in hand or not. Who the heck did that person think they are...quite insulting now that I think about it, bring us back the pizza and we will replace it!!! Wth!!? No, how about good customer service and not rudely disregarding the fact that my time is valuable and I too work hard for my money and would have appreciated getting what I paid for correct the first time around! How about that!!? Not to mention the inconvenience and gas wasted by your mistake. Wow!! Think about that. Smh, what is wrong with some people now a days. With this kind of customer service and employee attitude we clearly dont have to ask what has happen to business in america today when this kind of behavior is tolerated. UPDATE!! EXTRA DISAPPOINTED!!! Well after I left this comment I saw a response here from hungry howies about them making things right, WRONG !!! In response only as They never did anything besides leave a responding comment and never did what they said. Read moreI entered the store to pick up two orders to deliver for doordash. I went inside and there was nobody at the counter. There were no other customers in the stote except for myself. I made noise, said hello, and still, no help. I would understand if they were busy and maybe called out to let me know they were aware of my existence, but that was not the case. Eventually another person walked in to pick up an order. He spoke to the employee as if they were long time friends. He simply yelled out upon entering and the employee came right to the front to give him the order. I had stood there being ignored for a good few minutes up until that point. The guy that worked there quickly gave me the orders while chatting it up with his buddy and exited the store as I did to go out front and check out his buddy's new car. He obviously doesn't seem to care for customer service, or his job, really. He wasn't rude to me so directly. Rather his lack of customer service or even caring that I had entered the store was the rude act. The orders were pretty hot and there were no complaints from either customer upon delivering them, so I'm assuming it tasted good and the orders themselves...
Read moreOrdered over phone said it’d take 15 minutes; 2 hours before Super Bowl, I know football and pizza lot of orders. But really don’t lie and waste customers time. Time wasted in place an I’d expect discounted price if not free. Doubled my time of what was told by your company. Got here to pick it up 26 minutes then say it will be another 10 minutes. Don’t lie to customers and say the wrong time especially on purpose. Bad service and policy. One guy cooking, one lady front can’t answer basic question if my order is ready at first. So Part 2 of 2, actually came to triple, x3 longer than said, 45 minutes is totally different than 15 minutes wait time. Pizza was okay, howie bread light golden crispy outside, but middle parts little undercooked doughy.
