Irma's Kitchen LLC — Restaurant in Phoenix

Today is Friday the 14th, 2022. Last Tuesday I bought three carne asada burritos with cheese only from Irmas kitchen. 16th ave and Roosevelt. None had cheese. Myself and two other people got sick. I missed 1 1/2 days of work, two others missed one day of work. Today Friday, I've been having continuous stomach issues, diarrhea, throwing up, non stop since Tuesday. I did go back to work on Thursday for half a day, hoping I could coupe threw my day. Didn't work out to well. I did stop by Irmas kitchen on 16th ave and Roosevelt on Thursday, talked to the girl at the register, I explained what happen after finding out the owner or manager was not in. I asked for my money back. I was told no. I paid almost $30.00 for these bouritos which was ridiculous, and didnt get what i asked for, but did get something i didnt want, Getting sick. I can understand things can happen, but for a business not make an effort to resolve an issue and just think that it will just go away, That is not going to happen. I am posting this because I am really sick, disappointed, I am trying my best to keep others from issues such as mine. I have a witness when I bought them. I wasn't even offered a receipt, what does that tell you.. Making people sick isn't a good business to be in.The only reason I gave one star was because I couldn't post this with out it. If anything, rather give them something to think about in hurting customers that take trust in them. It's Friday night 01-14-22. Still feeling sick. If not better by tomarrow, may have to go see a Doctor. I hope those that are reading this and have had issues such as...

The food is great but the owner kicked me out cause I have a emotional support animal registered she kicked me out cause she said the I couldn't be in the restaurant with my bearded dragon I do have my registration from the department of mental health the allows me to have my pet anywhere I am except medical facilities the owner was rude and said the I didn't leave she would call the police and have me arrested that is a discrimination to a disabled person the owner even give her employees a attitude because they allow me to come in the restaurant my wife told her the she wasn't going to leave to she finish eating and she said the she needed to hurry cause she was calling the police and have us arrested am 100% sure the anyone would rather have a bearded dragon lizard next to them and not a dog the could attack and bite anyone at any moment is crazy I will be reporting this place to the city and I will be taking her to court and is sad how a a girl came in and ask if she could buy a half cup of coffee cause she didn't have enough money for a full one and the said no the she needed to buy full price I did bought the girl a meal but is crazy how this people treat customers the only care about money not...

I love Irma's. I eat there so often they know me by voice and know what I prefer on the menu.Irma is a lovely person and very personable. Amazing food. I tell everyone about it.

Went there today for my birthday, ordered my food. Came back, paid, and went home. Began to eat, and discovered my order was wrong. I called in and spoke with the girl at the register with the short dark hair. She said, that's not what I heard and tried to argue with me. She said she would make me another one but I would have had to wait again so I said, no but I will come buy n pick up some sour cream n guac becuz the burrito was dry. I began saying that from now on i will make sure to have them repeat back to me what ordered. When she slammed the phone down. Needless to say I mentioned it to her when I got there and from now on I will visit less a will refer people to the restaurant down the road instead. Its sad as I have referred approximately hundreds of people to them and I was a regular customer. No good deed ever goes unpunished. That girl is a jerk and what's worse is they will never fire her because...
