They're a jack in the box... if you don't know what their food is like, it's fast food and it's worth the price.
That being said, after sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes waiting for them to take someone's order, I figured I would write this while I wait... I wonder if they know how many sales they lost since not everyone has the time or the patience to deal with how slow they are. Got here around 8:30 on my way home and waited until 9 (when the munchie meals are cheaper) and at least 8 cars pulled up, waited, and left when they saw the line wasn't moving.
Finally got up to the speaker to oder and apparently it's going to be a 10-15 minute delay. I don't know if they have one person working who's bad at multi tasking or if they don't keep their equipment maintained and have to fix it after every use, but this is not uncommon for me.
I come here frequently as I love the munchies meals and it's about a 2 minute drive, but it's ALWAYS slow after 9...
In their defense, after telling me that it would be 10-15 minutes at the speaker, they did take my order in the next 6-7 minutes... just waiting for the food......

We got our order and checked it while in drive through and realized we were given onion rings instead of the tacos we ordered. We brought this us immediately. It was not a big deal, we were not angry, but the manager who came to the window started off huffing and puffing, as if it was our fault that they messed up our order. Again we weren’t mad but his choice to be hostile and rude when we did not have that energy with them to start is unacceptable. Did not care about how he spoke to customers, unapologetic and completely dismissive of the way he was acting. We get it, working fast food sucks , it wasn’t that serious that a mistake was made but no one needs to be coming at customer like that as their first interaction, especially the person in charge. Loser behavior from a grown man, sorry you must hate your life so much you gotta project it out...
Read moreFor the past 2-3 years my experience at this location has been horrible. Unfortunately, I can't think of one time that I've been 100% satisfied with the service and/or food. Once, I ordered via the app & indicated I was going to pick up at the counter. When I arrived, all the doors were locked. There were a few people at the drive-thru and one customer drove thru and went all the way back to the speaker. There were no signs on the doors letting people know what was going on. Finally, someone started tending to the drive-thru so I went through there. It took 40 EXTRA minutes to get my food - which I'd already paid for. Otherwise, I would have left. More recently, my husband went to pick up our breakfast meal (again, orders via app) and they didn't have any coffee. They told him he could wait 5-10 minutes till they made more, but because from experience he anticipated it would be much longer he decided not to. They could have at least offered a fountain drink or something. But no, they gave him a cup of coffee that was 1/4 full. I try to avoid this location as much as...
