Los Takuchos Taqueria #1 — Restaurant in Phoenix

I was in Phoenix last night for a business trip, i had been craving Birria tacos. This place came up. When i got there i told the cashier that i think i should order 4 tacos because in the past where i buy them they are small and dont fill up. She assure me to get just 3 that they were big and fullfilling.. i love that they have a bar area to get limes, salsas and things to add to your tacos. My food came out quickly and OMG!!! The best best birria tacos! He ask if i wanted them crispy or soft and i said a little crispy and it was amazing, they really put meat and cheese on them. I walked in and was first impressions are bad... the food.. in my opinion was great. The style of food they serve is culturally supposed to be served with salsa to complete the flavor. Ended up being a permanent diner there the birria is good and the burritos are the best. Let me tellyou about burritos though... Nornally you get meat guac and lick in a tortilla and they charge you 12.99 But these are filled with sustinance. They come with rice and beans and cheese instead of the guac and pico

I went to this place after another restaurant nearby was closed. J got 4 tacos. 2 of birria 1 of asada and 1 of al pastor. I would say the best ones were the birria ones. Flavor on point. The carne asada was bland, didn't have too much flavor. The al pastor as well, was better than the asada but not by too much. I found a little piece of pineapple, wish there was more.
