Black friday deals — Local services in Phoenix

This place reopened under Super Black Friday & let me tell you it sucks. First of all everything that they show in there Facebook video posts they do not put out even on there restocks. You will see some of the same stuff every week on the videos but it is never put out. People have told them that by his is misleading & illegal just to get customers to come to the store. You can't test anything out that is electronic as well if the picture of the item is on the box they say. They were also charging more than the 8.6% for taxes as well but the issue was corrected after so many people complained. You also have a lady that is very rude & has no people skill she shouldn't be dealing with customers at all. There are some nice employees there that will help you if needed. You can't take the carts outside so if you have heavy items or alot of stuff it's hard to get it to your car. I hope more people comment on here after they see what I am...

Antes me gustaba mucho venir a este lugar porque encontraba buenas cosas a precios razonables. Era cuestión de suerte, sí, pero en especial los viernes siempre había productos interesantes y la emoción de ver a la gente haciendo fila para entrar lo hacía especial. Ahora, sin embargo, la experiencia ha cambiado para mal. Paquetes que claramente vienen juntos —como juegos de ollas, contenedores, conjuntos de ropa o vasos— los están separando y vendiendo como si fueran piezas individuales. Esto no solo encarece todo, sino que va en contra de lo que siempre caracterizó a este lugar: la posibilidad de encontrar kits o sets completos a buen precio. Es muy decepcionante ver cómo algo que antes valía la pena ahora parece más un truco para cobrar de más que una verdadera oferta. Ojalá reconsideren, porque ya no es lo mismo y pierde el atractivo que tenía.

I used to really enjoy coming to this place because I could find good items at fair prices. It was always a matter of luck, but especially on Fridays there were great deals, and the excitement of people lining up before the store opened made it feel special. Now, however, the experience has gone downhill. Packages that clearly come together —like cookware sets, storage containers, clothing sets, or glassware— are being split up and sold as individual pieces. This not only makes everything more expensive, but also takes away what made this place unique: the chance to find full kits or sets at a good price. It’s very disappointing to see how something that used to be worth it now feels more like a trick to overcharge rather than a real deal. My experience has been very positive. I'm retired and I go with other seniors in their 80s. Black Friday is an awesome store. @ Jose he said he wasn't allowed to take the cart outside. They always let us take it to our cars and we bring back our carts. We go at least 2 or 3 times in a given week and have found awesome gifts for the grandkids/ great grandkids, residents for Bingo prizes.....we all agree Black Friday...
