ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I WOULD GIVE -1 STARS IF I WAS ABLE TO!!!!!!
My husband, our child and I went to the drive thru late last night. The bread on every sandwich we received was hardand stale! I asked for ketchup, ranch, and napkins after i was told to go wait in the front, I did not receive ANY condiments or 1 napkin! I waited 37 minutes for my food in the parking lot! When my husband and I pulled to the window the gentleman was cursing and yelling at someone else mind you my young child was in the back seat! Completely unprofessional! I ordered 2 ultimate cheeseburger combos large, bread was stale and hard not edible, medium size fries. 2 chicken sandwiches again bread was stale. A jumbo jack combo with cheese and ketchup only received medium size fries and the burger was completely plain no ketchup or cheese! A sourdough jack combo large sandwich was to be made completely plain because my husband is allergic to tomatoes i received medium fries and everything on it which was a huge deal! I also ordered a oreo milkshake which was completely melted by the time we got our food!!! All the fries for all my meals were icecold and had a black substance all over them like from dirty oil disgusting! We have been trying to call to get this matter fixed but no one answers the phone, except to pick up and immediately hang up! I did not feel comfortable going back last night to deal with the same person who obviously did not care at all! He acted as if we were inconveniencing him just by placing an order to begin with! He had a bad additude towards us! We spent over $50.00 i just wanted my food corrected but now im so frustrated i just want my money back at this point since no one will answer the phone!!! Save yourself the headache and horrible experience and go to another location, thats thats $50 i dont have just thrown in the trash!
So after calling several times i finally came up here and asked fro my food to be replaced not even refunded The manager on shift was so unbelievably rude to me treated me as if i were a theif and a liar and would not help me out! Sherefused to replace my food! I would like to find out who owns this jack in the box if he or she reads this please reach out to me this used to be my favorite jack in the box to go to! Read moreI ordered my food through JITB APP 11/6/21 approx 3am and when I got to the restaurant the cashier disclosed something and said please hold. When he came back I said I ordered through the APP and he said pull forward. When I got to the window he said we can’t make your food ordered. I said how can I cancel it on the JITB APP, he said I don’t know. I asked if he can cancel it from their end. His manager came to the window and he did not know either. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $11.03 to my card for food I did NOT RECEIVE. I want a reversal/credit for $11.03 to my card on file. And this is NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AND NO I DO NOT WANT COUPONS JUST A SIMPLE CREDIT for the food order that your restaurant couldn’t give me. Besides that I recorded the actions of the restaurant employees, which were unhelpful or even understanding that I only wanted to be sure JITB will be aware their restaurant did not give me the order. NOT being charged in the end was MY ONLY CONCERN, as I was planning to just go down the street to the next JITB. They obviously didn’t, because seconds later while I looking down at my APP for the cancel options and I looked back up the cashier was talking to someone in his earpiece and wouldn’t look at me when I was asking him a question..luckily I had been recording. But the fact that your restaurant did not have a way to “cancel my mobile order which they COULD NOT FULFILL IS UNACCEPTABLE” because now this JITB HAS TAKEN their 11.03 and NOT PROVIDED ME WITH MY ORDER. I do NOT want more than my $11.03 reversal/credit of that payment JITB HAS BASICALLY STOLEN FROM MY LIMITED MONIES at this time for food for which your restaurant wasn’t able to provide me with. Read moreThe drive thru on Blk canyon Freeway and Glendale ave was a terrible experience. I'm not talking about the food either, the girl working the DTW was so rude. She 1st started living to me, she said you can't add a drink to my order at the window. But I've done it a few times. Plus I worked at 2 different Jacks in high school. Then I asked for easy ice , she got the cup & completely filled the cup w/ice. I was polite until I asked her to please not feel it w/ice by the time I got home I'd have watered down soda, yuk!! She did it to all 3 drinks I got. So she ignores us for awhile then finally charges me, but I wasn't driving I was in the back seat. So I reached to hand her the money & when she gave me the change which was about $ 45.76 but I couldn't reach it. She would stretch her arm towards me at all, so when I finally reached it I hadn't noticed the change on top. So when I went to pull away she held it for a few seconds then let everything go flying . Cash, change, receipt went everywhere, then she turned and walked away. Not oh I'm sorry, or oops my bad, nothing just gone. So I got out collected my money & change and waited for my food quietly. I'm very upset, I honestly don't understand why she treated me like that. I wasn't rude or even saying anything, but from beginning to end I think by far it was my worst experience at any fast food restaurant. And when she handed the food to the driver, she didn't even say I'm sorry or thank you. I'm not going back again.
