I have ordered food on 3 different occasions from this place. What made me go there the first time was because I saw on Facebook they were advertising 4 different pastas.. when I went to the restaurant they only had 1 pasta on the menu. When I asked about the other pastas that they advertised on Facebook & even showed them the advertisement I was told it was too busy & they don’t have time to make any of the other ones, only the 1 pasta they have on the menu. Why advertise food you don’t have on the menu? The 2nd time I went was because I saw on Facebook on Wednesday’s they have buy 1 sushi get the 2nd one free.. so I ordered 4 different sushi rolls & only paid about $22.. Great deal, right! Well today was my 3rd time ordering.. & it’s Wednesday.. BUY 1 SUSHI ROLL GET THE 2ND 1 FREE (which they still continue to advertise that deal on Facebook).. So I call the restaurant to make sure & ask are they doing the buy 1 sushi roll get the 2nd 1 free. The guy who answered the phone said YES. Hung up the phone so I could let my husband know they had the same deal. Now my husband calls back to place our order.. before he orders he asked the guy if the sushi is buy 1 get 1 free & he says YES (now this is the 2nd time being told sushi is buy 1 get 1 free). We order 4 sushi rolls again which I’m expecting to pay around the same price that I paid the last time since I’m ordering the same exact thing that I ordered last week. We go to pick up the order & instead of paying around $22 we ended up paying $36. When we asked the guy who was helping us (Christopher) why we were paying that price & the sushi not being buy 1 get 1 free (which we also let him know we called twice before ordering & we were told twice that the sushi was buy 1 get 1 free & again they advertise this deal on Facebook) he said because too many people are ordering the sushi to go & not eating at the restaurant which makes them lose money because we’re not spending as much money compared to if we ate there & were ordering alcohol drinks as well & now next time when we order we’ll know the price of what it will be. Even though I love the sushi I will no longer support this business & eat here simply because they falsely advertise & Christopher was rude & also didn’t want to honor what they advertise (bad business). They also forgot my side of eel sauce which I didn’t realize until I got home & had to drive back there to get it which made me even more annoyed with the place. I would of gave 0 stars if that...
Read moreVery bad experience ! We were there on a Sunday night to celebrate my husband birthday and when we got there multiple waiter said there was no reservation for my party that I made a week in advance! So we had to wait 30 minutes for tables to clear up and then be seated ! Then we waited for 30 for menus which were the Togo menus at that ! After we order drinks and food everything was so bland! Seafood was not spicy , everything was salty and I order a piña colada but there was no liquor and I informed the waiter and she made a other one but still didn’t gave any liquor then I didn’t even finish it and I gave it back and was still charged ! On top of the we had to split up our own tab when I told the waiter it was separate and made sure to have my guest seat in groups which would determine how it would be separated! But no at the end she brings me the ONE TAB ! I wrote it down for her and she couldn’t get it right ! I had to personally get up and go to the kiosk to help her separate the orders and NO WHERE DOES IT SAY Gratuity is added no t even on the tab I only noticed when she was swiping our cards that it was put in there ! Anyways to top it off ! There was live music and was to loud ! 30 dollars per song & not even the full song is freaking ridiculous! I felt so ashamed as well because they would ignore us and wouldn’t even check on us for an hour or more ! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HOPE THAT THEY UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE! To the security and waiter who grabbed my mother and grandma to tell them to sit down because dancing or taking pictures wasn’t allowed with the band and grabbing by their arm was so unacceptable and rude ! On top of the the waiter took down his mask and yelled at my mom to sit down ! I hope this place get shut down because no covid regulation...
Read moreI was really excited because I had seen a lot of Instagram ads that showed a really energetic place with a lot of people, great music, and a pretty amazing bar. Since I would be passing by, I decided to take a stop just to check it out. The place itself is big, and it looks very clean, I did not order any food, but did try to sit up their "bar" to order a drink. I will say that they have a very very good bartender. The guy that took care of me was extremely talkative he was really excited about what was happening at the bar so that was really good. Here's the bad part, the bar, was ultra thin, and it looked like it was really there for serving rather than for anyone to just hang out at it. On top of that the drinks were extremely pricey, I had to pay 10 bucks for a single shot of herradura tequila so that was not good either. Beyond that the bar stools were very short, so it kind of felt like I was a little kid sitting at the rir vy thin bar and it was very uncomfortable because it was a rather short bar that did not look like it was meant to hold customers. It was a taco tuesday, and the guy did say that it was going to get much better later with a DJ and all of that so maybe the evening crowd is way better, but since this place did not offer any kind of happy hour, and it really didn't look inviting for the afternoon crowd, I got to give only two stars. I probably would not return to this place because of the price of...
