Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Phoenix

So excited to have Black Rock right around the corner! This location just opened Friday Feb 3rd & I came on Sunday and it was a little slow moving but nothing horrible and I think it was the speaker box in the drive thru may not have been working & staff came right out to take orders and once they did- they were just moving and grooving. Drink was ok but that was just my taste preference (it was the shaken cinnamon roll- just didn’t wow me it was good just not my favorite). Employees were very friendly & my daughter LOVED her drink.

Came back again on Tuesday and got my usual drink and it was amazing. My daughter’s warm cocoa was a bit too hot BUT they fixed it up even though I didn’t ask- I just asked if we could have a 2nd cup to double cup it so she can hold it and they took it upon themselves to fix it even though I insisted it will be a-ok with just a double cup. I won't lie. I love me some rebels from Dutch Bros but the Fuels from black rock are top tier-hands down. I recently started frequenting this location off of Glendale more often, as it's location is close to my work place. The drive thru-even fully packed-is still no longer than an 8 minute wait. At most. Which is blissful. Every drink I've had, has been amazing. I stick to Iced Fuels, as I don't like Coffee, and they are so refreshing. Although-it does seem like it takes foreverrrrrrrr to get to a free one. I feel like I could go for weeks, and buy one daily, and provide my Ph# each time, and its like maybe once a month, I'll have a free one ready. That part is kind of unfortunate. But other than that, I can't rave enough...

Me and my friends went through the drive through the other day like we do every week ordering three separate orders. We got up to the window and the girl only gave my friend her drink but not mine. We already had to go through the drive through a second time anyway because they wouldn’t let us take three separate orders because it would take too long for them so I assumed I would get my drink then. Nope. I went up to the window and said I never got my drink. The girls gave me attitude and said if I was sure I got my drink and to check my car. Which why would I go up if I already had my drink? So ultimately them saying taking three separate orders would take too long for them made it take about 15 min...
