I have been to the place 8 or 9 times. Their pizza is pretty good. SHAME their service is so bad. Took awhile to get our drinks, ordered a large pizza. Then after 40 minutes and 3 people served that came in after us. The waitress finally figured out she didnt send our order on the computer. Apparently we were not important enough to come over and acknowledge her error and apologize. I asked another waitress if the manager could come over, waited some more while he was fixing stuff. He came over, I tried to explain what happened without finishing my thought he stormed away saying it was unacceptable. He pulled her back came out and said the ticket was sent 36 minutes after I said, I was there, but she probably forgot to send the ticket and he would take care of the pizza. I don't want a free pizza, I don't want to be walked away from while providing feedback, and I dont want to be ignored. A simple acknowledgement and an apology for an error goes a long way. Not, Im sorry but you could just be trying to get a free pizza because the ticket said 12.36. Really, I had no reason to lie. I hope they read this and understand I could give a rat's ass about a free pizza. How about simple respect and customer courtesy. People screw up all the time, I get it. It's the places that just acknowledge it and correct it, that earn my business. The ones that just pre-determine someone is out to get something for free, lose it. Hopefully somebody enjoyed...
Read moreWe were super excited to try a new place. We got in and the atmosphere was super cool. We have a lot of children so it’s rare that we get to go out, just the two of us. We ordered appetizers and thought it was amazing. We got our pizzas and about three bites into my meal I saw that there was a short black hair, I looked and saw five black hairs on only one piece out of two pizzas. The server came over and we showed her. They did not charge us but did not offer to remake it and not really anything more than, “oh no, I’m sorry”. Super sad because we really were excited to try to find a locally owned place (like five minutes from our house). Still left a good tip, everything else was great. We just felt it was odd and pretty purposeful. No management got involved and we just left disappointed. We have both worked in the food industry and our oldest son (17yo) is a lead cook at a restaurant, currently. As small business owners if this was our company, I would have been appalled and taken better action. Best of luck and hopefully someone reads this and...
Read moreOrdered from there 9/21/15. Normally the food is good, but this time was bad enough that we will not be ordering from them in the future - would not recommend others to either. One pizza was so under cooked the toppings FELL OFF as soon as we touched it and the dough was rubbery. The other pizza we ordered was so OVER cooked it was hard as a rock and we could not eat it. When I called to ask about at least a partial refund they told us aside from a free pizza there was nothing they could do. $50 worth of food - can't eat any of it, and no refund for it at all. We even offered to let them have it back - we can't eat it, and sure as hell don't want it. Nope, not even partial refund. Stay away from them, or expect to have your money wasted.
Normally we would not mind accepting a switch (ie free pizza) but with food as bad as that... Sorry, family is turned off from this place. So you better hope you like the food - because if its bad you can't get your money back. Will never order...
