Dining at L'amore Italian restaurant is like dining with family. The owner, the owner's wife, and the owner's son stopped by to say hello and to see how we were, how we liked the food, and if there was anything else we needed. There was live music being played, and someone gently singing perhaps Sinatra but I wasn't completely sure. Lighting is subdued and the dining room more like a home with paintings and warmth. The crowd consisted of people who knew the owners. I could tell they were customers who came back time after time because of the way they were greeted and for the experience and the food.....oh! The food..completely fresh, completely great, and nice portions. As a vegan, they even made something for me. The patio was dimly lit and decorated with mini twinkling lights; very romantic for couples. I think reservations are recommended because it was busy. I recommend everyone goes at least once or twice to experience what it's like to be treated as a guest and member of the L'amore family.

Absolutely delicious! Everything was well seasoned, well balanced, and perfectly cooked. I started with the mussels for appetizer with the white wine garlic sauce...my husband and I absolutely demolished them! Their pasta faziole soup is the beat I have ever had. I had the short rib pappardelle which was worth every bite. The meat was insanely tender and it was the perfect marriage of the red wine sauce with alfredo. My husband had the cioppino which was packed with the most delicious seafood medley. Tiramisu is some of the best...super light and delicate. Staff is fantastic. The guy who filled our water had the most impressive pour...nothing I have ever seen before. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and attentive. I also appreciate that the owner is very in tune with what is going on and checks in frequently to ensure your food and experience is on point. An absolute hidden gem for really really good Italian.

Found this place on google maps. Had a big Ironman race and wanted pasta. We called the restaurant and the lady told me she could fit my wife, our 9 month old and myself. The parking was good and walked right in and got sat immediately by a nice lady I assume is the owner. The place was busy and the atmosphere was loud but enjoyable. They served the best bread which we ate 3 loves of and the service was by far one of the best experiences. On top of that the food was to die for. Our dishes were all so good. Everyone there was so nice and the owners checked on us multiple times. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to be shared with everyone.

Had a friend celebrate a birthday here and owner is legitimately unwell. From the moment she called and made the reservation Greg was V rude and aggressive. I even told her from the phone call alone maybe to pick somewhere else but she’s been wanting to try the food. After making such a huge deal about the time of the reservation and number in the party, they ended up not even being ready for us ???? so it was pushed back about a half hour.We arrived and Greg came to the table (4/10 were there) asking “so where’s everyone else at???” My friend “ they’re just getting out of their cars they’ll be walking up any moment…” HE WENT OUTSIDE AND CAME BACK TO THE TABLE SAYING “I just looked outside and in the parking lot and no one is there so where are they???” I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced such straight up harassment. Two minutes later the rest of the party arrived and at certain points during the meal Greg just stood there. Arms crossed and just a foot away from the table just staring at us? It was so uncomfortable. The entire party was POC and there was comment made about us all being related?? Lots of bizarre behavior through the entire meal. At the end of the day I strongly believe he didn’t want to take our 8pm reservation for such a big party bc they close at 9. They could of turned us down. He’s the owner apparently so instead of acting so bizarre and straight up rude why not just say no we don’t accommodate reservations this late or party’s this big. We would have gladly taken our business somewhere else MORE WELCOMING AND WITH BETTER FOOD. I never do yelp reviews but again I absolutely have to reiterate how bizarre and rude specifically the owner Greg is. Don’t make reservations here for big parties and esp if you’re people of color! My friend deserved more on her special day. Shout out to our waiter tho he really tried...

Ambiance 5 Food 5 Food prep 4: a bit skimpy on the pasta portions Service 4: a bit overkill / schmoozy Entertainment 2 : sounded like a cross between Bill Murray doing a skit on SNL and an Elvis wannabe. Vegan/ Gluten free options or options for those who have health issues: 2 . They really have minimal options. Price: 4. Fairly overpriced for the portions/ food served . Bar: 4 Good selections, a bit overpriced.

First time there. We were invited to a family celebration. Online reviews were 70-80% very good but 20-30% were very poor which is always a concern. When we searched the online menu, it was extremely limited to those who have dietary restrictions/health issues/ allergies. I attempted to communicate with the owners twice in the past few weeks to see if they could be accommodating regarding dietary/ health restrictions but I never received a response so that was very obvious that they could not.

Overall, they still did a very good job and tried to go out of their way to accommodate despite the restrictions. My wife being vegan and Gluten free was able to have a tomato and avocado salad as an appetizer and the grilled vegetables as the entree. A bit overpriced but my wife was very was happy with it. Being a vegetarian. I had the angel hair pasta with garlic, olive oil and tomatoes and it was delicious but as cited above, could have been a bit more generous on the pasta portion. I would still highly recommend L' amore but if you have certain restrictions, you may want to either eat what is available or go consider going elsewhere as they have very limited options. My suggestion to the owners is to consider adding vegan/ gluten free options for many of those who have health and...

Went here for the first time tonight to celebrate our anniversary after googling romantic restaurants near me. The owner or manager was at the door greeting regulars with hugs and handshakes. Which as a fellow restaurateur, always makes me happy to see. We made a reservation so there was no wait and we had options on where we would like to sit, we opted for inside. It was VERY BUSY but the patrons were happy and greeting each other with some people going from table to table. There was a live guitar player that was nice to listen to, my husband being a music producer enjoyed that part especially.

It was nice but it wasn't very "romantic" in atmosphere until they dimmed the lights, so I can totally see how people say it's a romantic spot, but romance happens wherever you make it happen so lights bright or dim we enjoyed ourselves.

Our server was awesome and handled the stress of how busy they were very well..The busser was fantastic and on top of all of the tables, waters, breads, clearing, etc...with a smile on his face the whole time. He was definitely operatingin excellence.

The food was good, some was great and some was meh so we'll settle on good. Either way, found a new Moscato I like there so that's a plus.

Being vegetarian, I had the eggplant parm with spinach and a side of pasta, the pasta came out with crispy prosciutto on it and they quickly brought me out another one without issue. All and all its very quaint and I would go back again just to enjoy, and maybe try the patio with my friends next time - I think they...
