I googled Elote near me and I came across this shop it was conveniently on my way home so I decided I would give it a try and to my surprise I was not disappointed! Their Elote was amazing! the corn was actually cooked and they had different kinds other than the original I got an original and a hot cheetos Elote. But I also got a pina Loca which was phenomenal she took her time making it and having it looked nice and I asked if she could by any chance put it in something since I was going to be in the car and I didnt want it to spill and so she found me a box and but it in a bowl and then in the box and then put some cups on the side of it so it wouldnt tip. like she took her time to make sure it wouldnt spill! that was amazing customer service! Very bad service. The young man at the cash register did not inform us that there was a surcharge for paying with card. There are also certain rules businesses have to follow in terms of notifying customers of the charge, so that is something this business should consider telling their employees.

The employees were not very friendly or polite. We felt rushed. Then, when my mom wanted something else, she ordered another item separately. We went to pay at the counter with cash this time. When she paid she did not realize she was a five cents short, but the young man curtly reminded her she was short. Given that we paid an inflated surcharge for using a card, I would expect maybe some leniency or at the very least friendliness.

My friend and I found this place and were excited to try their elote cups. Let's start, the corn had no taste and was completely white as tho it had sat in water for a week straight. Also, the corn had not been strained of the water it had been sitting in and was basically soup. Neither of the two teenagers working behind the counter, who have extremely long curly hair, had hair nets on. And the one preparing the food didn't wear gloves the entire time.
