Ok so I moved to Phoenix about 8 months ago. Never had any issues with any other Pizza Hut other than this one. It isn’t the food, it isn’t the frontline employees, it’s the management team and upper management who is at fault.
In the 8 months, I’ve experienced orders not being delivered, not being notified that the orders won’t get delivered, my orders come in late and never go by what the tracker says, they don’t answer the phone when you call in to get an update, and I’ve had issues ordering pickup on the app while this location is selected and it errors me out as to where another location can be selected for pickup and my order would go through. (Could be a tech issue with the app, not sure, but I’ll let that one slide and give them the benefit of the doubt) Unfortunately for me, this is the Pizza Hut that serves my address.
I like to think of myself as someone who is reasonable and understanding. I’d wait a good hour, hour and a half, before I attempt to reach out to them so the least you can do is pick up the phone. If you all are busy, you really are busy then because I don’t remember one phone call of mine being answered ever. If we’re waiting for a delivery and it hits the 3 hour mark, (like what happened last time), that shouldn’t even be a thing. At that point I’ve already had died of starvation that my appetite was my own stomach. I’d appreciate a notification, a call..something just so I’m kept in the loop. Now it’s one thing being late, it’s another to just not show up at all, with no call, no text. That’s pretty rude if you ask me.
I also see the same one guy delivering food. (He’s an older gentleman) Please hire more delivery drivers so y’all can give that man a break. I would assume orders going out slow is due to limited amount of staff? Without proper management, there’s no employees. Without employees, theres no-one taking care of customers. With no customers, there’s no business.
Rethink your company processes and procedures. Figure out what works and what doesn’t. Create a solution. Til then, I won’t be spending any money at...
Read moreNormally I don't write reviews unless I love the service. This was, unfortunately, my worst experience ever ordering from Pizza Hut. Part of my order wasn't delivered, which I can accept. The driver said she'd be back with the missing item. After an hour, I attempted to call the store to find out the status on the rest of my delivery. I called 4 times and each time when it transferred to the store, the phone immediately hung up without even a live person answering. I decided to just go to the store to pick up my missing iten and requested that the delivery charge that I paid be refunded since I ultimately had to complete the order myself. I was told that there were only three people working and that they'd have to cancel the order and then the refund would happen. The worst part was that if they'd just answered the phone at the store and explained the situation I would have understood as most places are short-staffed right now. However, the combination of no service when i attempted to call and then the poor service when I went into the store means I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again...at least not...
Read moreI placed an online order on January 23 of this year and than received a call from Will stating that "they were not accepting carry out because of a Police situation in the parking lot". He than told me that it would be delivered free of charge which I was happy with. I called an hour later asking for the status of the order and was told to wait a little bit longer, so I did. 30 minutes later I called back and spoke to Will, he stated that he was going to have my order remade and delivered. Also if I was to get charged to call and he would refund me my order. About 30-40 minutes later the pizza came. Here is the real frustration is that I have been trying to call and speak to Will and haven't been able to. I spoke to another employee and was told to call Will tomorrow. I have been trying to call and get a hold of Will with no success. I spoke to the Owner is who he said he was and he apologized but than told me he could not refund me because Will did not tell him about and I would have to talk to Will. I am very disappointed in the service from this Pizza Hut I will not be ordering...
