This location got stingy badly Burned pizza small no toppings Given the cliche line of that's our serving Damm near 30 dollars for half of what I paid for Even the girl said it does look thin after avoiding my question 3 times w other employee kid The manager needs to be fired new employees are needed they are kids who don't know how to cook Finger went through pizza thin thin Come on now who's making these pizzas Get mad I don't care employees start picking up your efforts They can't make a simple pizza If you want to get ripped off come here employees are immature kids who don't understand customer service Pizza not in portal and waited 10 more mins for a new pizza which was worse Looks like they took it personal lol stingy Don't give me a 5 dollar pizza from 2012 I'm paying 3 times that for a good pizza The older I get the more I realize people are loosing their sense of common sense courteousness If you guys are this Damm stingy I might as well go to Chipotle for a 30 dollar bowl because this is ridiculous Where's your manager!? If I could give no stars I would! I'm so disappointed with the horrible service and disrespect I had to deal with. I ordered a classic pepperoni with light sauce at 6:38pm. I came back after the 15 minutes the cashier said it would take to make my pizza. It was already 7:00 pm so I asked how much longer. The cashier said it wasn't ready and I'd have to wait. So I waited till 7:15pm just to be told my pizza was sitting in the heater oven the whole time 🤦 so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager just refunded my cash. I told the manager that my pizza was sitting and I'd like to have a fresh pizza and even a regular hot n ready would fix the problem. She refused and refunded my money. She Wasted 60 minutes of my life and didnt even have the audacity to speak to me when I was trying to conversate and communicate what my problem/issue was. A simple sorry would've sufficed and been more professional. I'll never be back to this location. Do better! I pre-phone ordered the extra most bestest. They said 15 mins. We actually got there in 15 minutes. She asked us the name on the order then said it was going to be right out. 20 minutes later I finally asked again (by this time she already served 10 to 15 other customers) and from the back of the warmer she pulled our order out. Sticker on it said my order and name so I didn't bother to check the pizza until we got home. Let me tell you that it was the most saddest most depressing lack of pepperoni I've ever seen on any pizza EVER!!!. The regular large non EMB pepperoni have more than this one. She didn't check it before giving it to us and we made the error of not checking it before hand. There's always an issue with this location, I should have known better.
