Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

I ordered from this place and door dash was supposed to deliver my order. Mind you it was my son's birthday so I was having a party for him at my house. I ordered at 1146am and they said my order would be delivered by 12:27pm. The only update I got was they found a driver and was waiting for my order. At 12:58pm I got a message that the driver was waiting for the order. At 1pm I got a text from little ceaser telling me my order had been canceled and to call them if I had more questions. I spend about $47 so when I did call I was told someone had already picked up the order so to call doordash if I wanted a refund. I then called the driver and he told me when he got there they told him my order had been picked up by someone else as he was told by the restaurant. So I called Lott ceaser back and they told me 4 different people were there to pick up my order. I told them I only got info on one person and I never got the order. The kid tried asking the manager if they can make a different order for me but the manager flat out said no. So I called DoorDash who were more helpful but they told me they were told that the delivery guy decided he didn't want to pick up the order but they issued my refund. So I ordered a different order and went to the store and spoke to the manager but he could have cared less and was of no help. He said he watched the guy pick up my order and took a picture. I showed him the text messages i got from the delivery guy he was waiting for my order But the manager just walked away. Believe it or not they messed up the order I went to pick up. I just said we'll someone got my free food and they just ignored me like they didn't do anything wrong. Where do I begin………..I ordered my pizza online, for a quick pick up. I knew that since it was a Friday night it would take a bit longer than usual, I am ok with that. I got to this location and waited in my car until I got the second email. After 20 mins or so I received an email that stated “ Your order 228 is ready but we couldn't put it in our Portal (sorry!). Please see a cashier to get your pizza. Thank you! Thank you!®” So I go inside and wait in line for about 10 mins, to “pick up” my pizza. I finally get to the counter to be told they were waiting for one more pizza, ok no biggie. I waited and waited and waited. As I waited, I heard many customers complain. I finally ask about my order after patiently waiting 40 minutes. The girl said she would check. After another 10 minutes I was called. I checked my pizza, after listening to all the complaints, and my ExtraMostBestest® Pepperoni was not extramost and had a mushroom in it. Obviously the danger of allergies are not a thing at this location. I was told it would be another 5-6 mins, 10 minutes later I got my remake. My other two looked ok so I took my 3 pizzas home. Well I got home and had to put the other two pizzas in the oven since they were not cooked all the way. Unfortunately for me I stopped at this location because I was in that area, I couldn’t just drive back to have them remake Teo more pizzas. The employees just don’t care, the manager was busy doing inventory, I heard him telling a customer who came in to complain. I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza last night online at 8pm it said it would be ready by 8:21pm the pizza was fine at 8:32pm .. but it was raw nit cooked though at all.. I tried calling but I got no answer so I went back and of course they were still busy others were complaining about their order being messed up as well so of course I didn’t get my pizza replaced so I called back in the morning hoping to get better service but I got hung up on twice then I went back they re made the pizza but it wasn’t what I ordered it had sausage on it witch I am highly allergic they were obviously upset so of course I didn’t get the pizza replaced and that didn’t make sense because they weren’t even busy at the time.. I also witnessed the employees making pizzas answering phones taking orders at the front all without wearing gloves or washing their hands.. the guy even wiped the sweat from his forehead and flipped his fingers through his hair then started spreading sausage on a pizza that I came to notice was the one made for me.. but again I didn’t order sausage because...
