Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

This is more for the new ways of doing things. I enter the location and see 2 customers in front of me. The first one was frustrated fixing an online order left upset. Second wanted an actual human to take his order. Staff pointed at kiosk behind us and that was it. He left upset. I ordered mine through kios. A different customer came behind me and no one greeted him or instructed him for kios so he left. Angry and made it known, do you think anyone acknowledged him? Nope. Left. My order came and tacos look so under served and a simple kiosk order was too much trouble. I had to ask for my drink and the sauce was wrong. I don't think it's them, well maybe a simple hello would be nice but if this is the way this fast food is going to go.. I just seen money leave and I gotta say. I won't be back either. As I sat there staff was talking about time of orders. I've heard about that and the pressures they are under but loosing customer over good old customer service.. good luck 👍

Last note: I never leave reviews, I always give the benefit of the doubt but there was zero effort on...

This Taco Bell is new (less than a 1year old I think) and I have received nothing but terrible cold food and mediocre service since day one. I live less than a mile from here so this is usually my sons choice for after school snack and there is never a line (I see why) The menus are always malfunctioning so if u don’t know your order by heart it’s hard to choose. They have no problem handing you cold or old food from the drive thru with a smile. We love nacho fries but I haven’t received a fresh batch here EVER! I will literally rather drive out of my way to the 99th location to get them. There is only one older lady there that even knows basic manners like please and thank you… the other teenagers that work there barely even greet you. Every time I come here I spend $20+ and I always get home and there are multiple things wrong! I just don’t have the energy to call and deal with a manager that has no customer service or empathy so I just deal with it! Today...

The cashier was the highlight of this visit!... She was welcoming and nice. My only issue with her is, she did not tell me they charge you an additional .49 for cheese and chips vs the cinnamon twist (no biggie).. The looks to be manager looked like she did not want to be there, no friendly demeanor AT ALL!.. The Catalina cheese/ chicken taco pictured below was MOST disgusting!.. I opened it to find the chicken looks brown ☠️ and as you can see they ONLY put a few pieces in it and the biggest piece was mostly fat!!.... I mean just ridiculous!.. I was in love with their nacho fries, and they now come on a large which you STILL get the same amount as if you just got the regular size!.. I'm afraid to look at the rest of the order!.... Something MIRACULOUS has to happen before I visit this...
