First off i should've took a picture while there it would have supported most of this on one visit alone.
This place is clearly ran by immature children who have no understanding of business, sanitation, or how fortunate they are that they have employment opportunities when there are millions out there equally or more qualified unable to obtain employment.
Where do i really start?
Lets start with Sanitation: 2 open beverage containers partially consumed sitting in the prep station. I've observed multiple times employees eating up front and in back on different visits. As well as in drive thru employee eating or drinking in view of customers.
The Hangout Spot: Obviously teenagers think this applies to anywhere they are, but when you have either off the clock employees or friends walking in . coming behind the counter talking - not in any uniform - employees going in and out of the facility despite any business needs, loud, unprofessional, use of profanity, and extremely rude. Which goes into...
Customer Service: I observed a teenage female employee, at the front register on her cellphone, texting or whatever, despite customer's waiting in line and the other front employee busy. Employees brushing past people at the door dealing with personal matters which then become known to guest. Mainly It seems like there's at any given time only 1 or 2 people that are there actually working. The person taking orders is putting the boxes together, getting the pizza put in the boxes, etc. There could be 5 or 6 other employees just there standing around talking or on their phones. This leads to long wait times and customers walking out.
Appearance: Additionally most of the time i've been in the location, i've seen employees partially in uniform, or no uniform at all. I've observed employees including who i assume is the shift manager, wearing baseball hats, exposed gold chains, and a jersey.
The store presentation: Usually the place seems really in disarray. To my standards its dirty, not what i would expect of a food establishment. Summer months the place has tons of insects that get in, however thats really not something as manageable due to the amount of patrons, but could be better managed if they really met the service expectation and additionally avoided employees whom probably are on paid time, hanging in and outside or having visitors.
The Food : Its hit or miss, Pizza usually taste really well, and has good presentation but the wings are usually lacking sauce and you have to ask for additional sauce. The bread sticks are usually under-cooked or completely raw. And i really dont get anything else. I try my best to overlook everything else just to keep my kids happy because they like their pizza and its cheap. but i have found myself consistently looking at other establishments and even spending more or driving further to avoid eating here. we are a pizza family though and as such, thats the only reason we frequent this little ceasars.
Bottom line TO the business owner, I don't know what these "employees " are getting paid, assumptive minimum wage, but even that's too much. Personally I think you should terminate all the employees and complete restructure and hire new. Take in consideration it may be a hit in profitability to start new at first , but long term, a better crew will produce better reviews and ideally avoid the lost of customers/profits that perhaps you havent realized is happening. More importantly to maintain a favorable rating with the OSHA and the AZ Department of Health Services.
Strong suggestion hire people that really need the job not these kids. If I were the owner, i'd term them all before the end of this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey locked the doors so that EVERYONE had to go through the drive thru. I ordered through the app, my pizza was done when I arrived, but I couldn't go in to get it. I had to wait in the line (about 12 cars). I got to the speaker about 20 + minutes later. I told them I had ordered through the app and my pizza was done. They told me to "pull right up to the window". So, I pulled up to the window, next to the car being helped. The girl at the window helped 2 cars before asking what I was doing. I told her what I was told and that my pizza has been done for about 30 minutes. She said that I misunderstood, I was just supposed to pull forward. Now, I have to get back in line. I asked if I could walk up/go in. She informed me, with a ton of attitude that everyone was too busy to help me right now and that I need to get back in line. But, yeah, my pizza is "sitting right here". I don't want to argue, so I get back in line, behind another 12 cars. When I finally get back up there, she asked me WHAT I ORDERED. I'm huge fan of read the hecking prompt and answer the hecking prompt. I had already given her my name/ had been told that my pizza is just "sitting right here", so I guessed she lost my order (which had happened to the 2 cars she helped while I was parked next to the window). She looked confused, started talking to everybody, they looked less busy now. There was now a lady running pizzas out to people. Then, she asked if I was Ashley. I said yes. She gave me a look like I was the stupidest person on earth and informed me that that's not what I said (well, that's not what she asked). She then headed a pizza to a guy that walked up, on foot and wedged himself between my car and the window (customer, not worker). She then gave me part of my order. I had to ask for the rest. She was visibly annoyed. I finally got my order over 40 minutes after it was done. Cold, dry and hard. Not one apology/ ounce of customer service. Please help this location. It is a mess. They need help and the people of Muskegon deserve better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst visit to this location and am extremely disappointed. Sad to know who served me is now getting 10/hr. I know someone could provide a way better customer experience than this person did for the same amount of money. If I was a business owner I'd be firing a crew like this as I'd lose out on business.
First of all I arrived to find a hand drawn note on the door stating sorry we will open at 11, when they should have opened at 10:30a.
Second they opened after 11 and the guy had no customer service once he unlocked the door. Once i entered nothing was said to me I simply stood near the register waiting to be acknowledged. The guy decided to continue working behind the registers while his coworker stood around and snacked on something before I eventually was acknowledged.
Thirdly, once I was acknowledged the guy asked what he could get for me. I said I would like 3 hot and readys please. He said my total and then walked away before I could pay . I continued to wait while he left me at the registers and went in the back area.
Fourthly, I waited over 10 minutes watching him stack up multiple pizza boxes with pizzas, put stickers on pizza boxes, placed finished pizzas in the warmers, watched his Co worker had off a pizza to someone who just drove up to the drive through all while I still stood there waiting.
Fifthly, a third co worker eventually arrived and I asked her why that person received their order before me? She went to the back and words were said between her and the coworkers and she just disappears.
Finally the guy brings me my order stands at the register and just stares at me... I ask him Oh are you ready for me to pay now?? He says yes and the total.
If I didn't have a hard working team I wanted to appreciate I would have just left. I chose to go through this experience to the end and now here I am. . I hope the owners read this and take discipline on those employees. If you don't believe me. Check...
