On March 13, 2025, I walked to this location in the rain—even though it rarely rains in Arizona—just to redeem my free Char Burger with cheese, which I received as a promotion through the app. To qualify, I had to make a purchase, so I ordered a Double Char Burger, a mixed side of fries and onion rings, and a five-piece crispy chicken bites. Due to the heavy rain, I took an Uber home. When I finally checked my bag, I realized my free Char Burger was missing. When I logged back into the app, the promotion had disappeared. I immediately tried reaching out to the store by calling the number listed on the website, but it led to an automated system that directed me to file a complaint through the app. Frustrated, I submitted a detailed complaint within the app, explaining the situation. I’m extremely disappointed with Habit Burger, especially since this was my first time trying the restaurant after moving from the East Coast to the West. I feel misled because I had to order multiple items just to qualify for the promotion, only to never receive the free burger I was promised.

Don't go here! We love some Habit...BUT this location is a hard NO! This location needs new management for sure. With my almost 30 years of customer service... this was bad. Once again, needs new management. My Teriyaki Burger had no teriyaki sauce and no pineapple! My friends Ahi Tuna Filet had no tartar sauce. The app did not charge for sauce, but when we picked the order up. They would NOT give us sauce without CHARGING us for it. Even though we had 4 orders of green beans and 2 onion rings...... they only gave us 2 sides of ranch. And the manager Kimberly...... wouldn't even budge for some ranch even after their mess up. Don't go here! We love some Habit...BUT this location is a hard NO! This location needs new management for sure. With my almost 30 years of customer service... this was bad. I decided to use their app this evening to order dinner. I grabbed their Game Day Char meal. Seemed like a great deal, something for everyone. I paid and completed order and received confirmation that 3rd party delivery service is on their way to pick up order. Shortly after I receive text from driver. Habit burger store #362 does not have my order. I sent driver photo of receipt and order #. Driver calls me and tells me they don't have my order and they don't accept online orders. I pulled up my bank account and confirmed I was charged. Driver then put me on speaker with manager Sergio where he continued to argue with me that I didn't order, didn't pay, and they don't take online orders, continuing to make me feel like I was trying to rob them. Then he said if I leave my name and contact information he will prepare the food. That way he can contact me if I really didn't pay. So I left my info. I mean you would think a paid receipt and a bank screen shot with their store # and amount on my receipt debited would be enough but no, giving my personal information to a stranger was required. Finally he said he would prepare the food. I knew the food was going to represent how I was treated, boy I was right! When our food arrived it was awful! Burgers were over cooked, soggy from using 5 times the needed amount of mayo, and missing the cheese. The fries were over cooked and bathed in salt. A complete waste of money as the majority of our meal is in the garbage. I am so disappointed, feel like I just trashed $56 (I gave driver extra tip for the hassle) and were all...

The Habit Burger is our go-to spot for a consistently great meal, and we visit at least once a month—sometimes more! Every time we go, we’re reminded why we keep coming back. The food is always top-notch, with the same delicious flavors and quality that we’ve come to love and expect. Whether we’re ordering our usual favorites or trying something new, we’ve never had a bad meal here.

One of the best things about The Habit Burger is its consistency. No matter how busy they are or what time of day we visit, the food is always prepared perfectly. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy, and the salads are fresh and satisfying. The chargrilled taste that The Habit is known for really sets them apart from other burger joints.

On top of the great food, the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure your order is correct and that you have everything you need. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy your meal.

We never have to worry about whether it will be a good experience when we choose The Habit Burger because they always deliver. If you’re looking for a place that offers consistently great food with friendly service, The Habit Burger is it. We’ll definitely continue to be...

I have had one too many bad experiences here so will no longer support this location. The final straw was today. I always order for curbside pick up and for some reason they did not get my order even though I received an email confirmation. An employee was bringing out an order and she asked if it was mine and I told her no. She brought out another order and I told her that was not mine. She said that was the only other order. I showed her my email and she said she would get my order made. After 15 min waiting I went inside to see if they were making my order. The manager tells me they don't have my order so I showed him the location on the email receipt. He confirms that is their location but can't make my food without a ticket. This really had me upset because I had been waiting there a total of 20 min by this time. If they were not going to fix my order why wouldn't they have come back out to tell me that. I asked how do I get my money back and in the least helpful way he tells me I need to contact someone which I didn't understand what he said but does not even offer a # or anyway to contact that department. But no worries I'll be disputing it with my bank. As a manager there was no apology and no conern for my frustration as a customer. I'll be sticking to Smashburger...
