I decided to use their app this evening to order dinner. I grabbed their Game Day Char meal. Seemed like a great deal, something for everyone. I paid and completed order and received confirmation that 3rd party delivery service is on their way to pick up order. Shortly after I receive text from driver. Habit burger store #362 does not have my order. I sent driver photo of receipt and order #. Driver calls me and tells me they don't have my order and they don't accept online orders. I pulled up my bank account and confirmed I was charged. Driver then put me on speaker with manager Sergio where he continued to argue with me that I didn't order, didn't pay, and they don't take online orders, continuing to make me feel like I was trying to rob them. Then he said if I leave my name and contact information he will prepare the food. That way he can contact me if I really didn't pay. So I left my info. I mean you would think a paid receipt and a bank screen shot with their store # and amount on my receipt debited would be enough but no, giving my personal information to a stranger was required. Finally he said he would prepare the food. I knew the food was going to represent how I was treated, boy I was right! When our food arrived it was awful! Burgers were over cooked, soggy from using 5 times the needed amount of mayo, and missing the cheese. The fries were over cooked and bathed in salt. Read moreI have had one too many bad experiences here so will no longer support this location. The final straw was today. I always order for curbside pick up and for some reason they did not get my order even though I received an email confirmation. An employee was bringing out an order and she asked if it was mine and I told her no. She brought out another order and I told her that was not mine. She said that was the only other order. I showed her my email and she said she would get my order made. After 15 min waiting I went inside to see if they were making my order. The manager tells me they don't have my order so I showed him the location on the email receipt. He confirms that is their location but can't make my food without a ticket. This really had me upset because I had been waiting there a total of 20 min by this time. If they were not going to fix my order why wouldn't they have come back out to tell me that. I asked how do I get my money back and in the least helpful way he tells me I need to contact someone which I didn't understand what he said but does not even offer a # or anyway to contact that department.
