McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

orst Mcdonalds location I’ve ever been to. I started off by ordering 2 large fries which started off ok. Little did I know, I waited 30 minutes to get my order, and half of the time the workers were just goofing around and cracking up inside jokes. I then waited to a point I was about to board soon and asked the server how long would it take as I needed to board soon. They said “oh we don’t know we don’t keep track of your flight time” with a full blown attitude. Then after that, they JUST start working on my order only to give me the wrong order. I ordered 2 large fries and I got 1 small fry and one large fries. I asked the server that I did not order this and they just tell me “you should just wait in line and order it again.” This was completely ridiculous, servers were unprofessional, clueless, and very rude. I never write reviews but what I experienced was horrific. One of the workers Latonya was extremely rude to the customers. Had no patience, was sassy and I witnessed her ask a customer if they “even have money” when there was an obvious language barrier. She was super unhelpful and told the customers not to reach over the counter but when I asked for ketchup she looked at me like I was stupid and told me to grab the ketchup under the counter in the opposite side that I couldn’t even see. She talked to every person in line like she was an inconvenience. For someone who works with people everyday she is the rudest worker I have ever seen and it’s scary that she is allowed to be working in an atmosphere like this. I get people have bad days but you can tell that she is just a mean person who shouldn’t be working in...

Staff here are a bummer. They always look pissed off that they have to work. Most personnel if not all of them don't wear hair nets or hat's which is a concern. 50% of the time they mess up orders and forget to put all items in the bag. Asking for an item the customer doesn't have access to seems to frustrate the staff. When ordering, the cashier tends to rush you to finish ordering. This location is a bad look for the McDonald's brand. Food isn't consistent, fries are about half of what size you order. If you try to get what wasn't put in your bag, you'll be in for an attitude like you were the one who messed up.
