Giving 1 star is being generous! All the issues I deal with at this location today I had time to write a review! This morning, came here for a breakfast sandwhich and a large iced coffee. I got the sandwhich in the drive thru and was asked to parked for my coffee because the car ahead of was given my coffee. Really!? After 16 minutes someone else that was also parked received their food so I asked the employee for an update on my coffee.... I ended up getting out and coming in myself and someone behind the counter says she came out 3 times and could not find my car. LIES! I was parked facing the door for 15 minutes never saw this girl come out. So I wait for about 2 minutes still no coffee. My sandwhich is now cold, so I just asked for a refund because I've been ignored long enough. At this time she brings my coffee, but now I would like the refund my biscuit sandwhich is now hard and cold. She refunds me $5.96 but I paid a total of $8.01 at the drive through, my bank account shows $8.01 leaving my account, so now why does the receipt show a small coffee instead of a large? No answer...I also asked to speak to manager who never appeared at the counter to address my issue. Then she hands me a dollar and some change for the difference and I told her the difference would be 2.05. Clearly irritated she tells. e that's the difference of the coffee price, but it doesn't explain why I paid 8.01 total and asking for a full refund i only received $7.25 in total, well technically u have to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund. No manager came to the counter. I went to my car to call in and speak with the manager and the same person who assisted me inside answers the phone. I was not given my receipt back but my account shows the transaction of the 8.01, and no sign of a refund only the 1.25 that I was handed back from the cashier. On my way outside she tells me to have a nice day...really I would have a great day if I got my actual refund back from the food that I ordered and never received. Waiting for someone to contact me, but I wont hold...

Orders were taken with a careless attitude, and customers were treated as mere inconveniences rather than valued patrons.
Now, let's talk about the breakfast menu. It's no secret that fast-food breakfast isn't meant to be gourmet, but it should at least be edible. The food served here, however, was an affront to the very concept of breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were lukewarm, the eggs rubbery, and the bacon appeared to have been left out for hours. The coffee was more akin to a bitter, watery disappointment than a morning pick-me-up.
I wouldn't feed the offerings here to my worst enemy, let alone dogs or cats. It's a disservice to the loyal customers who expect a decent start to their day.
But the real issue lies with the management. Their lackadaisical approach to quality control and customer service is nothing short of a travesty. It's clear that a change is needed, whether it's through retraining the existing management and staff or a complete overhaul of the team.
In my professional opinion, corporate headquarters needs to step in immediately to address these glaring issues. The McDonald's brand has a reputation to uphold, and this establishment is tarnishing it with every uninspired breakfast plate served.
In conclusion, my experience at this McDonald's was nothing short of a morning misadventure. The management and staff's indifference, combined with the unpalatable breakfast offerings, make it imperative for corporate intervention. It's high time for this establishment to reevaluate its priorities and deliver the quality and service that the McDonald's name...

Normally the service is fairly typical, even frequently better than most locations, but tonight I think I literally had the worst experience ever with any restaurant. We ordered through Uber because I didn't want to go out. The driver that dropped off our food commented that they (crew at McDonald's) were seeming to have difficulties with our order, counting and recounting. It was a large order, I expected maybe a missing fry or possibly a couple missing sandwiches. Nope. We ordered 18 sandwiches (10 mcdoubles and 8 hot and spicy mcchickens) and had no sandwiches at all. Now, we had to go to the restaurant defeating the purpose of ordering Uber. They had two bags and I heard a crew member ask why there were random bags of sandwiches just sitting on the counter, so I mentioned our Uber driver was sent off on delivery without our complete order. They tried to hand us the bags that had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes, but my husband pointed out they had been sitting there and he wanted fresh ones. They made fresh ones. When we got home, we realized they had messed up again. We were given 10 mcchickens and 8 mcdoubles instead of the other way. Really not a big issue except someone got a sandwich they really didn't want and the mcdoubles do cost more. I called and said I wasn't going to go back over there, that they need to know they are "dropping the ball", all I got was "Okay". Seriously? That was all she had to say? Sad thing is, I knew who wasn't working tonight with the lack of decent service. There are several team members over there that most likely, it wouldn't have happened in the first place and if it did, would have handled it with actual...
