Salad and Go — Restaurant in Phoenix

I went super early in the morning to get a bundle deal, which is their drink salad and breakfast burrito deal. Everyone was so nice and very friendly that early in the morning which is totally a great starter of the day. I appreciated that they were quick fast, and the food was great, so glad we have a salad and go on the side of town.

Sadly, my salad was basically lettuce. I am very disappointed. I will travel to the other salad and go locations to get an actually good salad. I cannot believe that I had the tiniest bit of chicken in my salad. It literally was lettuce and I am paying for lettuce. Very disappointing the portions need to do better. The other locations have it down this needs to change. I feel like I wasted money. Come on guys do better. How are you going to give me four little pieces of chicken in my salad? And all the other portions are so small that I literally ate lettuce for lunch. Stop skimping on a salad you wouldn’t even eat and pay...

Really upsetting first experience here. Placed an online order, arrived 15 minutes later and rang the bell at the window. Young girl opens window takes my name and says "we will have it right out for you"... about 10 minutes pass and I see others come and go... everyone is getting their food, but me.. I ring again and ask about how much longer for my order, she replies with a rude tone " we will have it soon, we have had a lot of drive thru orders"... first off , I placed mine online well before about 7 other customers that ordered and got their orders before me.

I rang the bell a 3rd time after about 20 minutes and a different girl took my name and said "oh my God I'm so sorry, she never told me you were here, I'll make it right now"..

30 total minutes plus 20 minutes of online order time, so 50 total minutes to get two salads....

I love Salad & Go but will never return to the location on Camelback & 99th. I ordered my usual - salad and the pita chips and hummus. I picked it up on my way to work for lunch and a snack around 10am today. The pita chips were a joke! It looked like the staff stomped all over the bag before they served it. I couldn't even eat the hummus because all I had was a literal bag of pita crumbs. How and why would you serve that? They were busy when I stopped, and they were also fast & friendly, but if that's what they serve because they're trying to move too quickly or avoid breaking out fresh pita "chips", that's no bueno. I'll stick with one of the other locations...
