Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

One star is actually generous for this place. We walked in at 2:45 pm, noone at the front counter, no signs anywhere to say that you have to place your order yourself at the Kiosk. There were two other people insode waiting for food. Not one person acknowledged any customer that walked in. They will not give you the cups you purchased unless you ask for them. I only know this because i watched a customer wait to get the attention of someone and then she rolled her eyes at him when he asked. My daughter ordered a quesadilla and a drink. We waited 25 minutes and watched people that walked in after us get their food and sit down and eat. We would have asked someone what the delay was but decided to leave instead. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Horrible service, don't know about the food since we never received it. P.S for the owner of this place, the money you are paying the 3 people that were working today is a waste. I couldn't believe that I went to this taco bell and ask if I could just have a taste of their new shredded chicken to make sure I was going to like it before I ordered it and was told NO and was laughed at for asking... so I ask them to ask the manager and the manager saud absolutely not! If I wanted to taste it I had to buy it and if I didn't like it I could NOT get my money back... I have eaten at this location since the day they opened the doors... a very regular customer and to be treated that way has Definitely made me decide no never go there again and I will take as many of my friends and family with me.... So I can't rate the food because I didn't eat there... I went over to Don's New York Pizza place and had a delicious dinner!!!! I highly recommend Don's great customer service and delicious food!!!! Service was so bad I’d give it a 0 but I can’t. I go inside order my food on the kiosk, I was going to pay cash, more people are coming inside I’m waiting for my food and drinks. A man asks the lady for cups so I asked for my 2 cups and the lady gives me a dirty look. I brush it off whatever. The man who got his cups got his food before me and I ordered before him and he was with a family. Again I’m like ok maybe they wanted to get the big order out the way. A woman comes in orders her food on the kiosk. I’m 15 min in waiting on my food. 5 min later the lady gets her food before me. All I ordered was chicken quesadilla and 2 Pepsi’s.
