Salad and Go — Restaurant in Phoenix

(I still love Salad and Go and would recommend it, just check your salad before you leave)

I just picked up an online order for two salads and arrived home only to find that the Brussel sprouts in both salads look and smell really off. Just looking at it made me lose my appetite. I have gone to this location and ordered this salad multiple times, but this is the first time it looked like this. This is disappointing because it was a long day and this was going to be a treat.

Along with all of this, there is no phone number to call and ask if I can get it remade or get a refund. Now I will have to drive back to the Salad and Go and hope something can be done so I don’t lose money on the salads we won’t eat.

Lesson learned to check the salads before I leave the drive thru.

Update: Drove back to the Salad and Go, and was told they are supposed to look like that. They are supposed to be squishy, wet looking, and smell bad? Never looked/smelled like that before and I have gotten this salad multiple times! No refund but they remade salads without the Brussel sprouts. I do appreciate that they remade them, but I am just not...

This isn't Like me normally I focus on the positive and only the positive ...but sometimes you just have to vent a little and right now I'm needing to vent!! 😣I drove through my drink stop which is salad and go to get my usual strawberry frozen lemonade and a cucumber mint lemonade and I drink one & put one in my travel tumbler (to keep cold)but as she's handing me the strawberry frozen lemonade it's leaking and telling her it's leaking and she's like oh it's just out of the top & continues handing it to me. *I don't care where it's leaking from it's leaking all over my clothes and I have somewhere to go in a little while-- and just A sticky mess!!!😝 Careless & unconcerned. So as I'm cleaning myself off a different employee reopens the window; so I asked for some napkins another girl & she makes a strange face at me and sort of laughs at me and says napkins??? Needless to say: I will not be back to Salad and GO🥗🍓 specifically NOT this one!!

THIS DOES NOT REFLECT ALL SALAD AND GO's" Salad and go is usually my go to for breakfast. It is great, inexpensive, and for the most part healthy. I was in this part of town today and decided to go to this one. Terrible mistake. I ordered a Fiesta Burrito. I have yet to see a more disgusting thing. It was soggy and stuck to the wrapper, it all fell apart as I took it out of the wrapper. The Tortilla looked like bubble gum. It looked like utter slop. I said, you know what, whatever as long as it tastes good. WRONG AGAIN. It tasted so old and mushy. I think it had been sitting in the freezer or fridge for quite a few days. I thought I was exaggerating and took a few more bites, again it tasted old, soggy, mushy. I had to throw it away and just go to McDonald's across the street. I'm not one to complain about poor food quality to employees because I don't want retaliation. I'd rather just leave a review and not go again.
