I have been coming to samurai Sam's for over 10 years. In my opinion samurai Sam's has one of the best teriyaki sauce in the state of arizona. My recommendation if you go to samurai Sam's is to get the sumo bowl with chicken and steak, brown rice, double the vegetables and make it spicy. It's so much food you can eat it for two meals.😎😎😎😊👍 I also like the egg rolls. They make a vegetarian egg roll that is very good with the hot mustard. I miss seeing samurai Sam's as a few location s have closed down over the years, keep them going, and wish I could go there more often as the Phoenix location is far but worth the drice. It's a great place to get teriyaki in Arizona I highly recommend it. Thank you for reading this review

The teriyaki chicken is so good the vegetables have a slight crashed to them. I like the atmosphere in here. The iced tea is really good the blackberry. Premium tea. I ordered the combo which came with an egg roller good also. The girl at the counter is always friendly and helpful. I forgot about that I had my phone number in there for rewards. Thank you guys for everything.

Veggie bowl should be called the zucchini bowl. Where are the other veggies?? Also, I ordered a veggie egg roll and received a chicken egg roll. If my diet included meat, it wouldn't be an issue but I don't eat meat so it was a waste of $1.99. Overall, the food is OK but I think I'll go to Chipotle next time.

When you enter this dimly lit establishment, it is probably because the BBQ place nextdoor is too expensive and you just don't want another soggy sub from the only other option for about a mile. Well, you are about to pay too much money for something they say is chicken with the worst rice you have ever eaten, probably drenched in sugar syrup being pandered about as teriyaki.

While the food was beyond terrible, I must say the staff were quite nice and serve was professional, hence the two stars instead of one.

Do youself a favor and pay a coworker the $5-7 you would've spent here to punch you in the gut instead. That will emmulate the stomach cramps and feeling of remorse you would have experienced from purchasing...

I wanted to like this place! Flavor and price were decent.. except when it wasn't. I ordered their Spicy chicken. When I received my order, there was definitely no spice involved. It was standard teriyaki sauce flavor with zero bite. No problem, I went back and let them know of their mistake. They took my bowl back to the back, and added more sauce on top. When she brought it back out, she handed me a bottle of red pepper flakes. Well, I didn't need the flakes since they added spicy sauce to it.... Right? There was still exactly zero spicy flavor or bite. Again it had straight teriyaki sauce on it. But now it was totally swimming in it. I gave up, ate what I could, and put the...
