Behind every successful person is a substantial amount of coffee. With over 800 locations across the U.S., Scooter's has been fueling people since 1998. This location seems to be amongst the newest. Stopping off today for a quick morning coffee, I was surprised to see no line. I quickly ordered a maple bourbon cold brew and zoomed off for a busy day. Sugar sweet, a little smoky in smell, and most importantly: caffeinated. Scooter's helped keep my energy levels high from 8AM- 1PM. Thumbs up! This drink of theirs was much better than the last drink I had at Scooter's so I'm glad I gave them another try. While still not a coffee spot of choice for me, I appreciate that it's in a great location. Service was curt and speedy. No complaints!

Coming from the hotel (no car) so the walk-up service is to go to the back door and ring a bell. Nice employees. Gave me my coffee and I forgot to ask for cream and sugar. Well sugar is free but cream is an extra charge. Guy said it was too late since I was already charged. No customer service recovery offered. So how about less stickers and hole stoppers on the cups and put that money towards free cream? And with the extra money you make from not being cheap and nickel and diming your customers (more customers), you can put in a walk up window or walk up door that doesn't feel like you're homeless begging for food!

Well drive by this place often. So this morning. I was like let me try it for the first time. Did, must say it's kind of sad. Got a large mocha ice two extra shots of espresso. Came in a 24 oz cup. A quarter full of cold foam. So probably had like 16 oz of coffee. Felt rip off. 10 dollars and some change. For a 3 dollar amount coffee. Taste like something you could of made at home for about 40 cents. Why I didn't look at the reviews first. Then I wouldn't feel this way. I would of got a bigger cup of joe at dutch bros or even Starbucks. So please save your money

I swear half the staff here is restarted. Especially the boys that work here. These mouth breathers could not get the simplest order correct if their life depended on it.

All I wanted was a large cold brew with heavy whipping cream and an extra large cold brew with regular cream

What did I get? A large cup of milk and an extra large iced coffee (no cream)

This isn’t the first time too.

I once ordered a cold brew and was told when I got to the window that they ran out of cold brew and is iced coffee okay? I said no worries and they proceeded to give me a hot coffee with ice that melted between the time they poured it to the time it was in my hand. I look at them and then I look at my lukewarm, watered down because of the freshly melted iced “coffee” feeling bamboozled and asked for some ice and my response back? “Oh it has ice in there”

because of the string of semi-decent experiences and the close proximity to where I live, I’ve come here since it’s been open. But as of today me and my wife will no longer be coming here. I have given this place the benefit of a doubt long enough. Ordering the same thing that you can get...

I love scooters coffee. I live in Arcadia and would go out of my way to the 7th Ave and Indian school one because that’s how much I liked it. When they made the one on 44th st I was EXCITED! But it seems like there’s always something wrong! I go one day they don’t have the sugar cookies that go in the kids pack, they are out of certain flavors, or they forgot my order so I have to re say it at the window.. One time I went to go get the kids pack with sugar cookies and it was like 7 am (we were gonna go on a road trip so calories don’t count on those days lol) but they told me they sold out… I’m sorry I didn’t believe it, like who else is ordering a bunch of cookies that early ? Now this morning I went there after a disappointing morning at another local coffee shop, kinda had the “I’m gonna go back to what I know” shop.. but when I go there no sign up or anything. They tell me it’s cash only… Disappointed again. I just feel like it always something! Don’t know if I should quit scooters altogether or travel to the Melrose one.. please...

At first I was understanding but once I got to the window and the two employees were just talking is when all that went out the door. I ordered ahead once that was done in the app it stated they will start on the order once I arrive. A little annoying but whatever maybe they have a pick up window - nope. We get I have to sub our breakfast okay cool it happens. I’m sitting in line 40 min for an order ahead finally get to the window I’m not greeted after 5 min the girl with one long ass acrylic nail opens the window still bs w her coworker hands over drink burrito still not saying anything. I’m not expecting a 5 star service but a “hi, sorry for the wait” would’ve been nice. I placed a review through the app while I was in line complaining about the policy since they don’t have a walk up pickup window like Dutch/starbucks I 100% though it was just the company and should’ve waited until I got to the window the service was just as bad...
