Review update: I go to this location daily sometimes twice daily since it’s by my workplace. Looking at my bank history month of June I spent $388.00 ($8.00 - $15.00 7 days a week including holidays). Since I’m a daily regular I stopped and just asked for a water. Nothing else and was told no purchase—no water.
If I wasn’t a daily regular then the refusal of water would be understandable but I’ve been a daily customer for 3 1/2 years since I’ve moved to Phoenix for work. $388 a month for 3.5 years and no water (even when the employee knew my voice through the drive-through intercom). This company just lost $300+ a month over a $.20 plastic cup???? Great business practice, definitely makes room for their competitors.

This location, though typically busy, is staffed with efficient staff that also takes a brief moment to connect with the guest (without the lengthy conversation that slows productivity) making you feel important while providing food that is consistently good.
While this location was closed for remodeling the level of service this location provided was even more evident because the locations nearby had the sub-par service expected from a low-quality burger fast-food.

Today I ordered at the drive thru, I ordered a classic oatmeal with a side of blueberrys, a tall breve flat white with 1 PUMP of vanilla, a grande hot chocolate, and ONE bacon Gouda. These people were straight up LAZY. They didn’t ring me up correctly at ALL. They made the flat white wrong by putting 3 pumps of vanilla in instead of 1. They didn’t care to type in how many pumps I wanted so that the barista making the drinks could make it right. They gave me a SMALL hot chocolate, and they gave me the regular blueberry oat meal which isn’t what I wanted. I wanted classic oat meal with a side of blue berries. I opened the bag and saw I got 2 bacon goudas when I asked for 1. I didn’t want to pay for 2 I wanted one. The person ringing me up didn’t care to read off the order and didn’t care to give me a receipt. It’s really disappointing the lack of care for the customers here. I have been going to this location everyday for probably 7 years, and yes - they make great caffeinated drinks that I desperately need in the morning, but they go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. They call me by my name, they know by drink order, they recommend other drinks that they think I might like, they write the cute notes on my cup. I know it’s just “coffee” but it’s typically my first interaction with a human in the morning and they always make it a good one. Christian and Thomas are fantastic.
