Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Worst customer service ever. Seems par for the course for this location I’m finding, though. Everyone I spoke to was VERY VERY rude this day. Was in the drive thru, asked for ONE MINUTE. 30-45 seconds maybe went by they asked if I was ready, I said just getting the last order, the rude lady said okay well we like to get your order going to ensure there is no one behind you. I said there isn’t and ordered in a rush to accommodate the staff. I wouldn’t have asked for a minute if there was ANYONE behind me. Got to the window and asked for stickers on the lids so they don’t spill, was again very rudely told that they cannot do that it’s only for door dash and to tell her if some one has done that for me. I said I’m not sure it’s fine I’ll take the drinks i don’t have time. She snapped back at me and said again very rudely, “if you can give me a minute I’m wiping off the tops!”I said okay thank you. Could also see all the staff inside look over at the window with dirty looks the whole time I was waiting. Just plain rude. I Yes, I absolutely had an attitude to the way I was spoken to. A real mess. Every table was filthy, the floor needed sweeping, and behind the counter a complete horror show. Trash everywhere. The floor was covered in dirt and trash. One corner by a doorway had a pile of filthy wet towels piled up in it and had obviously been there a long, long time, all the work counters were covered with spilt coffee and other substances (god knows what), and the windows, which make up two out of the four of the walls of the building, were cloudy and filmy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. And don’t get me started on the bathroom. A real disaster. As far as the staff, they were almost indifferent and bored, like the customers were a huge inconvenience. I’ll never go back, and if you’re smart, you’ll move on as well. I’m so tired of these chains and franchises that come in, flood the market, drive off all the local businesses, then lower the standards to the absolute minimum. Really, I’m completely perplexed that the ratings review is above 3. I have no idea what all the four and five star...

HORRIBLE location and service. Got there around 12:40 and the line was taking forever with 4 cars in front of me. Got to the window and the window girl was too busy having a conversation with everyone inside to really acknowledge me. When she finally brought my drink over, which we had gone over several times when I ordered it was wrong and she told me it was because how I ordered it they didn't have that, I ordered a half caff iced white mocha, mind you if she thought I ordered something they didn't have she never clarified this before. This went back and forth and I told her several times I didn't order that drink and when she finally clarified she was still confused. Annoyed at this point for waiting nearly 10 minutes in line and my drink being wrong and arguing with the girl she goes to correct it with attitude. Sat in line another 8 minutes waiting for my drink and bread. I will not come back to this location at all again. Horrible service,...
