Came on a slow day because School has not yet come to session for spring. Two gentlemen working in the morning of January 4th around 10 am. Waited for about 15 minutes for my drink when there was only one paying customer in front of me. Both were talking to the same friends and staying busy with them instead of getting to the paying customers orders. The slower, younger man, made and had to remake his friends order which took some time, while the older man stood not helping only chatting. Today I was told they were out of DRIP COFFEE. What? Really? I was told I could have an americano instead for the same price. They explained it would take time to make more drip, but did not actually offer to make it. It just screams lazy and they don't care. Who trained these people? If I had pressed I probably could have got what I wanted but what kind of customer service is that? The coffee shop is also generally unkept and dirty.
