Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Came on a slow day because School has not yet come to session for spring. Two gentlemen working in the morning of January 4th around 10 am. Waited for about 15 minutes for my drink when there was only one paying customer in front of me. Both were talking to the same friends and staying busy with them instead of getting to the paying customers orders. The slower, younger man, made and had to remake his friends order which took some time, while the older man stood not helping only chatting. It wasn’t until their friends got their drinks, that the lady in front of me got hers and I got mine both made from the more experienced man. Took two minutes. First time I had an all around bad experience while they were training a new employee. I understand the need to train people so I planned to give it another try. Today I was told they were out of DRIP COFFEE. What? Really? I was told I could have an americano instead for the same price. They explained it would take time to make more drip, but did not actually offer to make it. It just screams lazy and they don't care. Who trained these people? If I had pressed I probably could have got what I wanted but what kind of customer service is that? The coffee shop is also generally unkept and dirty. I have never had such a bad customer service at a Starbucks like here (only the night crew/weekend, the other staff are grate) I was at drive threw places my order and the barrista put in wrong I brought it to her attention and she said oh sorry and corrected it. I told her it was ok. When I came to the window she again had my order wrong I brought it to the cashiers attention. Her response was that’s what u order I said no she started to get rude so I asked for her manager. Her was the most rudest person I have ever met not Only rude but kind of slow.
