Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

The food is the food it's taco bell you know what you get. This location has never given me food that tasted off or anything, but the tall male manager is a complete jerk I only had a 100 dollar bill with me left my debit card at home on accident its middle of the lunch rush and he claimed to not have change for my 19 dollar order! I laughed because I legitimately thought he was joking and he stared at me and I said are you serious? He said "why the hell would you ever expect for us to break a 100 dollar bill" in a aggressive rude tone! So I said maybe because your taco bell not a lemonade stand! He picks the food up from the counter throws it in the trash and says your stupid just go! This was a while ago it made me angry but I just laughed it off and forgot about it went to a Wendys instead! Today I go to that taco bell same guy definitely recognized me when I pulled up didn't say anything but gave me a look and had a rude tone again! I get home a Google thing pops up saying taco bell write reviews and rate so I decided to click on it waste 5 minutes of my time! If I would have planned on writing a review I would have looked for his nametag but I didn't so this jack wagon will probably sit in that window for the next 10 years and take out his anger on...

I was in your restaurant this evening approximately 8:50pm dining in and I was disgusted by the behavior displayed by the staff Mainly your manager Kalon whom is supposed to be the leader antagonizing a customer in the parking lot arguing with a customer from the door of the restaurant while the customer is in their vehicle very unprofessional very unsettling I had to wrap my food up and leave how disgusting to allow that type of behavior to run the restaurant I will never be back here and I will also tell friends and family about my experience it was uneasy to see employees and a manager talking to customers in that way. If I could give zero stars I would Kalon and a cashier by the name of Malia talking nasty and belittling a customer it was very disgusting to witness that I packed up my food and decided to leave as I was approaching my vehicle the customers they were talking to Through the drive-through window pulled around and the manager Kalon came out the front door and continued his ignorance I was in complete shock that this was happening and coming from a manager this needs to be addressed I will never come back to this...

My wife and I dined in Saturday around 5pm or so and saw people coughing on food and witnessed the chubby female in charge yelling at an employee and slamming her fist down and literally telling her she's too slow. The girl came in to start her shift and that transpired 5 min later. I mean cmon. I couldnt believe how agressive and unprofessional this woman was being toward this poor girl who was just trying to do her job. What a low class individual...I was going to apply for a management job there but absolutely not. We didnt even touch our food. We also watched and heard everything. Furthermore, she was incredibly rude when we brought the food back and asked nicely for someone else to remake it and we will definitely not be back. Not to mention the food was gross looking and not made correctly with missing items. She was too busy yelling at her own employees instead of taking care of her customers. This place is straight up garbage. I wouldn't eat here if I were you. You might seriously walk out with salmonella with the way they handle food. So please be careful folks and avoid this restraunt...
