Thirsty Camel Lounge — Restaurant in Phoenix

I have no idea why or how this place is rated so highly. The view is good, but not overwhelming (sit outside if possible). We sat, and water quickly arrived. Things went downhill from there. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks from the time the order was placed. We had queso delivered (which was just OK), and asked for a few more chips. Those were delivered about 20+ minutes later, after telling an additional two servers about the request. We were never asked if we wanted additional drinks, water, or anything else. Took ten plus minutes to get our bill. Seems to be seriously short of staff - I will note that the few staff available were hustling.
