Liberty Square Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Phoenixville

So unprofessional. I placed an order yesterday for 3 cheesesteaks 2 with sauce and one buffalo chicken. They show up with a buffalo chicken and 2 plain cheesesteaks. I called and said something and got well what do you want us to do. I paused in amazement that a person at a business is talking to me like this. Then he continues to say they are going to bring sauce so we sit there waiting for 45 minutes for our r nothing so I go in there tonight and say something about it and they try to hand me a cup of sauce. And I asked if he was serious. Sauce for cheesesteaks from yesterday. Then I tell him we didn’t even eat them. So he says if you still have them I’ll swap them out I said my 7 yr old ate half of one he then says then I’ll swap out the one and a half. I couldn’t believe this. So I just told him to not worry about it that I’d never order there again. I loved this place’s cheesesteaks main reason is because they are one of the only places in town that mix the sauce into it. But I’m not going to be talked to like that after I spent $50 for 3 cheesesteaks, 2 of which I did not order or want. Deeply disappointed. I order from liberty square pretty often, but tonight made me never want to order from them again. I made my usual order of mild wings and a side of fries, the wings only come with 1 blue cheese per 10 count wings. I ordered 30 wings and asked for 7 blue cheese total. I was told 3 would come with it and asked if I would like to add 4 (and pay for the extras) to make a total of 7, I said yes please! My order came and there were only 3 blue cheese. Not a big deal so I called in to say that I was missing the extra 4, then said they would send a driver out to bring the rest. The driver only brought 1. So I called back again and the owner of the store screamed at me and told me I was in the wrong even though they messed up the order. I feel as though you shouldn’t scream at your customers when you as the company are the ones who messed up, and I was not screaming at them either. Going for a road trip through Pennsylvania and decided to order from Liberty Square Pizza. We ordered a pizza and fries and the woman on the phone was awfully rude. I dismissed it as they may be busy, the person was having a bad day, whatever. When I came to pick up our order I was met with presumably the same woman who was yelling at a cook in the back about pizzas. Our pizza was not done yet so I waited. I listened to this same woman be very rude on the phone to other customers as well as those who had walked in after me. They had messed up another customer’s order and gave him an attitude when they noticed it was incorrectly made. She also made a snide remark as I was paying. Although we are not from the area, we will be sure to avoid this place at all costs. This woman really left a sour taste in my mouth and I feel bad for the poor man she was yelling at. The pizza was OK, nothing to call home to, a little on the smaller size (we got a large) and the crust tasted like Pizza Hut. Definitely will not be visiting again if we are in...
