Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Phoenixville

I stood in line for my free water ice today. My girlfriend stayed in the car because she had just gotten some very bad family news, so I figured it would be no issue to get one for her too. But the clerk insisted she had to physically be there, or I would have to pay for the second ice. Really, Rita's? You're giving away free ice and you are going to be this strict? You couldn't just trust me and give me another free ice? You'd rather upset a customer than lose a cent of profit?...

I love the Phoenixville Rita's better than all the other Rita's around!

The girl's that work there are always pleasant and sweet, and are good workers.

They also seem to have more of a selection of ice then any of the other one's in the area, which speaks good of the management there concerning they are much busier then the other stores...

Staff is very friendly and the seating in the back is a big plus. But I feel they are understaffed for being a busy location. Each time we visit this they never have pretzels ready to order esp. cheese pretzels. they say they cook them to order, 8–10 mins, we try calling ahead of time to ask flavors but no one answers the phone.
