What an exhausting experience. I hate leaving negative reviews but this experience was awful in so many ways. To start:

1. we had an approved warranty claim for our mattress and the only way to claim it was to redeem it at a store (online ordering was not possible).
2. The salesman named Johnny was very nice upon entering the store. When we mentioned we were working with a warranty claim, Johnny only showed us options over the budget of the warranty claim. Due to this we choose to think on the decision before moving forward as we would be spending more money then the warranty claim. The only option for a replacement was $500 more out of pocket.
3. We came back to the store a few days later to place an online order via the store b/c it was within the warranty allotted claim amount and was the only way you can place an order. Johnny, upon learning we weren't spending more money then our warranty budget was immediately difficult to deal with. I gave him few options to order from online and every option he came up with an excuse (they're probably sold out, you wont like the mattress, I can't find the SKU, etc...).
4. Eventually the order was placed and he said the paperwork for the warranty replacement would be sent to corporate for approval. After 2 weeks we called corporate and they never received the paperwork. When we called Johnny 2 weeks after the order was placed, he finally sent the paperwork over for approval.
5. we had a scheduled delivery date which was confirmed by Johnny. He told us we would get a phone call the day before the delivery day to confirm a time-frame for delivery. We never received the call and the day of delivery we received no calls and they randomly showed up.

Every aspect of this experience was awful. It was clear that once he realized he couldn't make money off us, Johnny seemingly went out of his way to make this experience harder for us. I can understand if you spend hours with someone, but he spent maybe 15-20 minutes max with us on the first day and unfortunately ignored the budget (especially after letting him know that we just need something to hold us over for a couple of years until we upgrade to a King size when we move). Needless to say I hope people do their research...

I have had 3 back surgeries, the last one lasted almost 7 hours 2 yrs.ago. I also know I needed a new mattress but I hadlimited funds ro purchase one. Back pain has continued whenever I try to go to sleep no.matter how I lay on my back,or sides. Time for some action. mattress warehouse is in my town so i.stopped there rhis past Thursday and really did not think I was going to buyone but just try a few out. Wrong !! Gina,the wonderful manager showed me a few mattresses for the pain I was having and I could.not believe when I laid flat o n my.back there was no pain at all. It was amazing. Needless to say I bought thar model and it arrived in 2 days and I have not had a pain since. If you want an honest place to buy a Mattress be smart and try out Mattress Warehouse in Phoenixville,PA. You will find an outstanding store that cares about your health and pain for sure with no pressure to buy anything unless it is perfect for you. We.plan on getting another mattress in rhe near future so.my son can have a great nite sleep like I will tonite. I do not write these reports but this store needs to let people know what a great manager it has and top quality With no pressure sales. Give them a try, you.will be surprised. If I could give the service 0 stars I would. To start out, my sister ordered her mattress, frame, and box spring for delivery only to find out that a queen sized box spring won't fit. No problem, call them to find out about an exchange (with box spring still in the plastic, no signs of use) and get told that they will do the exchange. Fast forward a week, we hear nothing from them. The next week, I call and they tell us we can't exchange for 30 days! And then when I tell them I'll be returning it all of a sudden they can make a few calls for us. Then I pay the difference for the split box spring ($106 more) and they say they'll call to schedule a delivery. Now it's been a week and we can't get a hold of them by phone despite numerous attempts and I've still got a box spring in my living room that can't be used. The worst experience that we've ever had and I'll sleep on the floor before I ever use Mattress Warehouse again. Horrible service, lying reps, and just...
