First, let me say that the coffee was quite delicious, and I would love to have given a five star review to this little gem in our corner of the world. However, I have to post this because I feel extremely frustrated with the lack of regard that some people place on specific instructions when ordering. I asked for a decaffeinated latte. I went through the drive-through, which probably didn’t help because I couldn’t actually see them making my coffee. It is three hours later and I am now shaking. I will not be able to sleep tonight. And I will likely have a migraine tomorrow. All because they didn’t find it important enough to follow through with my request for decaffeinated and instead they gave me a caffeinated coffee. Big mistake! Sad for me that I am the only one that will have to pay for this mistake. It’s no joke coffee shops across America… When customers ask for decaffeinated sometimes it’s just a preference, but sometimes it is a physical necessity. When I called to let them know, there seem to be a sad lack of accountability for...
Read moreThis place is great. It offers so many options for honey and a variety of other awesome products. The gals working in here were friendly and sweet. They greeted all customers and worked as a team to take care of clients coming in. It was a great atmosphere and I recommend everyone to stop in for some fresh honey or a beverage.
The girls that work here work hard to get things done. There was a "Karen" there today that was not patient and unkind, but the girls still did all they could to please her. It was annoying to watch the customer be rude when they were obviously short staffed and working as fast as they could to please everyone. I almost paid for her milk just to get her to leave. But she didn't deserve my grace with her huffy puffy attitude.Your employees did not even let it bother them! That...
Read moreFirst came here after foolishly trying to hike at Table Rock in the middle of the day on Memorial Day weekend in the middle of a pandemic. I got the iced caramel macchiato and it is seriously one of the best things I have ever put in my body. The drive-through was very fast and the tall barista with glasses (Lake?) was incredibly kind. The same friend and I drove 27 minutes here to get more coffee and decided to go in the store this time. There are so many cool natural foods and products--I am for sure coming back once I get my next paycheck to buy a bee shirt (and probably more coffee... and fancy salt... and a cute frog-shaped beeswax candle). Oh, and I got the Spring Bee iced coffee this time around, which is like drinking the most delicious flower you could ever imagine....
