The food was generally good but was not as hot as usual. Also there was a general lack of the crunchy bits that have historically been a bonus to any LJS combo.

The low score is for the service. The staff was friendly but the stars were lost due to the practice of trying to play games with the customer service timer. For those not in the know, many fast food lines time their customers in line from the point you order until your food is delivered. On this particular visit, we were the only people in line, no one in front at any stage, nor behind. The ordering went as expected, and we moved to the window. Payment was delivered and we received our drinks. We were then instructed to pull forward and wait at the crosswalk, still no one behind us tryinpay nor was there anyone ordering. This stops the timer and makes it appear that they were able to take the order, payment, and deliver the food in a minute or so. Great for store metrics- but it kills the entire purpose of the system which is intended to motivate speed. So, there we waited 5-10 min to get our food, nothing fancy, just a couple combo meals. When it was delivered, the young man was also very friendly.

Terrible, terrible, Terrible customer service. Long story short, I ordered 3 meals, 3 drinks. Get to the window and they only give two meals, 2 order the meal, why did she ask me what drink I wanted with it??) hmm…. Anyways. You at this point, you should Just make it right. But no….she calls her fiend over and the friend says…umm I was listening and I heard you say “another L1 but you didn’t order it. We didn’t charge you for it.” I said ma’am, we ordered the meal! Why would you ask me what my drink was if I didn’t order the meal??? She then asks me if I want to talk to Her manager. I said “absolutely!” As she slams the drive through window. Manager came over and made everything right. Charged me for my 3rd meal, and handed it out the window while the other two girls continued to talk about us in the background. Truth be known…she was mad at me because I pointed out the menu being wrong. A K1 says it’s a 2 piece meal (fried chicken OR Tenders) she kept telling me they don’t offer that but it was clearly on the menu. I asked twice to clarify that and then Her attitude started after that. Not professional, immature high school kids running a drive through. Thanks to the general manager for at least making it right and...

Sadly this will be our last trip to this location. It has been hit or miss for quite sometime, but tonight was absolutely the worse we have ever had by a mile. On our 2 piece fish and fries, the fish at the bottom of the small boxes they put it in was soooo greasy, that we literally had to get a fork out of the glove box to pick it up off the paper bottom of the box, which of course came without crust because it was incredibly soggy. Tried sopping it up with napkins, only to just give up. Just was too greasy and not edible. Never ever had fish like this before, I don't even know how they got it in the box, as there way no way to pick it up to get it out! Fries...which I wish they would switch as the just aren't the best on a good day...always taste like fish. No tarter sauce, as they are out. Total waste of 18.73 That was the last chance, may visit other locations, but not here anymore, tired of wasting my money hoping it will change. Needs serious...
