While the food was delicious, the service was atrocious. This was the worst service I have ever had in my entire dining experience. Waitress started out serving us and then once we got our drinks, refused to serve us again. We had to order thru the guy up front. The waitress seemed so nice to all her other tables but refused to even stop and acknowledge us. We had to ask multiple people if we even had a waitress and no one would say anything. I would ask if they could tell us who our waitress was so I could ask her and not bother anyone else, and they wouldn't say anything! We never got anything without having to ask someone, who was clearly not our waitress. So unprofessional. She came back once for refills (only when we asked someone else) and she said she "didn't know if she was our waitress" despite her introducing herself to us as our waitress at the beginning. The other times I have been, it has been so nice. But this time leaves me questioning if I'll ever even...

The whole fried fish was good.

I asked if the Horchata was made fresh and they said yes, it was not you could tell it was a mix from the store. I had to keep telling them 3-4 times I didn't want anymore refills of Horchata after I already had ordered a tea.

The rice wasn't any good. The beef supreme nachos weren't any good. We were asked 3 times in 5 mins if we were ready to order and we asked for more time considering this was our first time eating here and we had only 5 mins to look at the menu. After that it was a good 10-15 mins till they actually came back to take our order. When the food came out they wouldn't let us touch the plates being that they was hot then sat them in front of the one year olds then was mad that I did not leave a tip on the card even though it was sitting...

Went in one night with my family. We had ate here before many times as a closer alternative Instead of driving yo Easley or Berea. We ordered our food at the same time but mine never came. And the young man that took our order never came back either. Finally an older lady that was buzzing around the room asked what I had ordered. My wife and daughter were half way through their food when I got mine. It was bubbling on the plate it was so hot. By the time it was cool enough to attempt to eat my wife and doughy we were done eating. When I payed the kid that was originally waiting our table was now at the register.
