Where to start. First as a family we get to choose where to spend our money. We stopped going to Arrys in Montebello to support our local small business in our area (Jim's) we have started coming here since April. We would come at least once or twice a week and spend between $35 to $45 dollars each time. The family pack was our go to but it's for 5 people and we would always end up throwing away the 5th burger, fries and drink away, also we would get a side of onion rings. Well probably 4 weeks ago I asked the lady taking my order what did they have for a family of four. She said they had a Jr. Pack that was a smaller burger. I told her that I wanted a full size burger. She brought up the Family five pack, I told her that we always throw away food. I asked her what about if she kept the 5th burger, fries and drink and just give me a side order of onion rings. I told her that she would still be coming out ahead. She said yes she could do that. The following weeks either myself or my wife would ask for the same thing with no problem. Well today the manager said no to our request that the owner wouldn't allow that, that's funny because we had been doing it for weeks. It gets better, then we pull up to the window for our order and told them what drink's we wanted and she tell us they don't have tea or orange bang. Wow, after giving us a hard time about what we couldn't do anymore then they don't have the drinks we want! But they still want all the money 💰. In the times we are living in, and so many people watching where they spend their money, I can tell you good by to my $75 bucks a week. I'll be taking my business back to Arrys, love me them Chili Cheese Fries. To the owner of Jim's, you better retrain your manager because your in a business that serves the customer and we get to choose where to be spending our money. It's not like we were asking for free food. Com on man. See yaa!!! For the food it tastes like what a burger and fries would taste like, we won't be missing much.
