Update to original post - stopped by and spoke to Frank who was cordial and made it right. Also apologized for the inconvenience and said he was workjng to empower his employees to deliver good customer service and distinguish between those who were legitimate customers and thise trying to get food for free.
Be sure to check your orders at this KFC. This KFC messed up my order and we did not notice until we got home. We called them and they acknowledged the error, took down our name and and said they would make it right when we came back. However, when we came back they refused to make it right because we did not return in 7 days - a detail they failed to mention. Perhaps, I should have delayed my trip so they could correct their error and I could spend extra gas money at my expense. Again, they acknowledged we failed to receive what we had paid for.and still refused to .ake it right. The employee Jamie said I needed to come back a third time to speak to manager Frank. What a waste of everyone's time and money and poor customer service. Read moreI usually enjoy KFC but today’s visit was disappointing and concerning. When I arrived, I noticed that one of the employees working the front counter appeared visibly unwell she looked flushed and was clearly struggling to get through the shift. Despite this she was handling food and interacting with customers. This raised concerns about food safety and employee well-being. I understand that staffing shortages can be difficult, but allowing a sick employee to work in direct contact with customers is unacceptable, especially in a food service environment. The food was warm at best. But honestly the health and hygiene issue overshadowed everything else. I ending up tossing my food because I didn’t feel confident it was prepared safely.
