I had mostly good experiences here for a few months, which is why I'm not giving it a one star review. The last time I went we had a terrible experience though. They took about 10 min just to come and take our order, and this is after we called someone over. Another 45 min for our food to be brought to us. On top of the wait... The food was not what we ordered... We asked to see a supervisor or manager, so we could ask about getting our food discounted or something due to the inconveniences. The manager was adamant about not giving us any sort of discount. He just said they would fix the order ASAP. At this point it had been over 1 hour waiting, so we just left and never went back.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but unfortunately, the quality and service have really declined. I ordered pupusas for dinner over the phone, picked them up, and got home only to find part of my order was missing. That’s on me—I should’ve double-checked before leaving.

What really frustrated me was that the curtido had no brine, and the salsa has clearly changed—definitely not the same as it used to be. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order, either.

When I called to let them know I was shorted, the woman on the phone got defensive and essentially accused me of lying, insisting my order was complete. After going back and forth for a bit, she finally asked if I wanted to come back to get the missing item—but by that point, I was done. I’m not trying to scam anyone over a $4 dish.

Sadly, this place just isn’t what it used to be. Time to find a new...

Save yourself the TIME and money, life is short dont waste it on this mediocre restaurant. Cold chips, 60 minutes for food on a Friday night, only one waitress. That would explain me never getting my water until I asked and received it 30 minutes AFTER my family did. Resentful? Yes maybe but I would be a little more forgiving if they acknowledged it but they didn't. The best part of the meal was when we got the food. I got pechuga a la plancha which is grilled chicken and steamed veggies, veggies were perfectly steamed and delicious. Chicken on the other hand had good seasoning but was super dry! If it wasn't for the occasion we were celebrating and the people I was with, I would have paid for the beer we drank while waiting on the food and left before the food arriving. Never again.

AND no baby changing station in the wet dirty...
