This is a long stripped park tucked between a neighborhood and the San Gabriel River, situated in an Edison easement (transmission towers and powerlines). I visited on a weekday (3/3/2022) at noon and found the restrooms, pool, and access to the San Gabriel River closed. It has the following: NORTHERLY HALF OF PARK -doggie waste plastic bags and trash receptacle on post west of the snack shack -2 full-sized basketball courts -2 horseshoe runs -Pool: about a 40' diameter by 1' deep, with 2 shaded benches outside the fence and ample brick benches at the perimiter of the pool inside the fence (pool hours were not posted) -2 raquetball courts -1 large shaded picnic area that holds 32 benches and BBQ island -2 chain linked backstops -building with restrooms and what I suspect is a snack shack (it was closed during my visit)(this building has 2 water fountains, 1 on the north and 1 on the south side) SOUTHERLY HALF OF PARK -playground with 43 picnic tables with BBQ and trash cans galore surrounding the... -... Playground -plenty of open grassy areas lined with shade trees -an asphalt walkway leading from the southerly parking lot to a gate to the San Gabriel River (although, the gate was locked when I visited)

Fun lil park that is kinda hidden you really have to either know where it is or be looking for it specifically. We come here to the wading pool. This one is never crowded like the other ones in Santa fe springs. The pool is open from 12:30 to 4:30pm until September 3rd.

Cool park, secluded by the bike trail and playground is all good so ill be bringing my 4 yr old back to try out the wading pool cuz he tries to swim in the tub but its too small so im sure he'll love it especially in this heat

This is a really nice park for everyone to enjoy! They have a nice playground for the younger children to play on, a 1ft. Swimming pool (which is always supervised by a recreational staff in which is certified in first aid and CPR through the American Red Cross at all times it is open), a recreation department(where they can rent out balls, equipment, games, and get supplies for crafts), a really big grass area, seating areas for parties and picnics( they have one seating area that can host a large sized event. It is covered and has a BBQ, and food serving area as well), they have restrooms, and a parking lot, and right behind the park area there is an entrance to the...

This is the first and last time I come to this town and park. The cops and parking enforcement patrol too though just to make their quota. I didn't feel safe with so many cops there just staring at my family as if we were suspects or criminals. I understand that they try to keep the park safe but that is too much. Garbage park, garbage police, garbage city employees. I came here for my nieces birthday because my cousin rented a space. If you give the city your money to rent a space for the day they should have enough parking or give information where there maybe additional parking. I had to park down the street and still...
