I went in for the first time for a Mesoglow facial, upon walking in you can immediately feel the calming energy in all my senses , its dim, the sounds of relaxing sounds throughout, and even the aromatics just make you instantly feel relaxed. The rooms are also beautifully decorated and you can tell the attention to detail in the entire space. I had a disappointing experience at this spa that led me to take my business elsewhere. I went in for a post-op treatment and scheduled a pre-op massage, paying a deposit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to work commitments and called multiple times throughout the day to inform them. I left a message but received a call back only 30 minutes before my appointment, notifying me that I lost my deposit.
