Reason for 5 Stars is .. The Chef here was trained in one of South America's largest cities Lima, Peru. Nothing is more home made than making food from your own home town. I think I might have found the best Chaufa de Mariscos near me. It looks like a Paella, and I hope I'm not misrepresenting my knowledge in Peruvian cuisine but this has awaken it.
I enjoyed the salsa music playing, It truly felt like I was in Peru on Vacation! I saw a poster that on the weekends they host live music and although they do not serve alcohol, this is a nice place to enjoy great food with your Mama y Papa y Abuelos y Tias... don't they enjoy music too!
Chaufa De Mariscos- It was very flavorful, the aroma of the shrimp and calamari and several other sea shell buddies mixed in sauce made of amazing flavors. On top of fluffy rice mixed with peas, carrots and very fresh. The serving is huge so bring your appetite. My highlight was the side pickled red onions. I tasted a tangy lime and mild onion taste. A refreshing balance to the Mariscos. I have a Dairy allergy and they were so nice to accommodate to my needs.
To sum up, this is my first but definitely not my last dish...
