We got the Pollo ala Braza, and it was tasty and delicious with an excellent flavor and, most of all, not dry at all.

Reason for 5 Stars is .. The Chef here was trained in one of South America's largest cities Lima, Peru. Nothing is more home made than making food from your own home town. I think I might have found the best Chaufa de Mariscos near me. It looks like a Paella, and I hope I'm not misrepresenting my knowledge in Peruvian cuisine but this has awaken it.

I enjoyed the salsa music playing, It truly felt like I was in Peru on Vacation! I saw a poster that on the weekends they host live music and although they do not serve alcohol, this is a nice place to enjoy great food with your Mama y Papa y Abuelos y Tias... don't they enjoy music too!

Chaufa De Mariscos- It was very flavorful, the aroma of the shrimp and calamari and several other sea shell buddies mixed in sauce made of amazing flavors. On top of fluffy rice mixed with peas, carrots and very fresh. The serving is huge so bring your appetite. My highlight was the side pickled red onions. I tasted a tangy lime and mild onion taste. A refreshing balance to the Mariscos. I have a Dairy allergy and they were so nice to accommodate to my needs.

To sum up, this is my first but definitely not my last dish...

I came in at around 1pm to eat with my family here and as our plates came to the table 1Plate which was the (Lomo Saltado) had a (Hair) on the meat.

We casually told the waitress the situation and to bring us another plate so she did .

When she brought over the second plate me and my wife sitting across from me was checking the plate and when I spread the rice I found another (Hair).

I checked back at the counter and looked over the counter in to the kitchen and the chef did NOT have a Hairnet on . I obviously asked him why does he not have his Hairnet on while preparing the food and he got angry because I asked so we walked out very...

I see a lot of Lomo saltado of course that they're number one proven item and they're great on Seafood my friend gets Seafood...
