McDonald's — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

After a bike ride to McDonald’s one evening my husband and I decided to go in and have a milkshake I wanted to use the restroom and freshen up before sitting at the table strangely a man came in and opened the women’s restroom door stood and stared at me and said to me no shower bombs I questioned and said what are shower moms he did not answer however he did stay in the door and say then asked him to get out of the women’s restroom he would not go ask him again and again and again finally he did leave when I was done washing up and putting my hair back I went out to the front ask for the manager and explain to her exactly what happened turned out she was the woman that had been in the restroom right before me and when I asked her her name and the employee who stood at the door‘s name she refused so did her employee so I was never given the names of these employees then I do have her on recording as calling my husband and I crackheads or something like that but she is on video saying all that so all the we are not crackheads or any other tour sort of heads or anything, It said that McDonald’s has management to show for in this disgusting way and training teenagers to be the same way I did try complaining but never did get a response from...

I used the Mobil app for curbside service thinking it would be convenient and fast, but I was wrong. First an employee came out to inform me that they had my 2 apple pies, but they were out of the strawberry pies that I ordered and because I paid through the app, they were unable to refund my money and offered to substitute something else. I told him that fries would be fine. So of course I'm expecting 2 lrg fries. It took forever to get our food. When I finally got home I discovered that they gave me only 1 large fries in place of the 2 orders of strawberry pies. The 2 pies cost $3.58 and they gave us only 1 large fries in place which cost $2.59 so they still owed me about a dollar and then they didn't give me my 2 apple pies. I called immediately and they passed me around to talk to someone who obviously wasn't in a management position and couldn't understand what I was clearly explaining to him over and over. I think I was talking to one of the cooks in the back. I never got my money or my pies. I will never go back there again. This was not the first time I've had problems. I usually don’t post reviews but I feel the need to now. So I’ve been ordering my McDonald’s here for a good while now, they never failed me. Suddenly a month or so the service has been doing really bad. They’re not giving me my exact order, they hand me WATERED DOWN SODAS, and I don’t even know if they wear hair nets which they should because I had found hair in my mcflurry. And today I ordered McDonald’s for me and 2 siblings I only received 2 fries for the double cheeseburger combo, and the quarter pounder meal.... but I didn’t get my fries on the side after asking for the triple cheeseburger which apparently isn’t a combo meal so I had asked for the fries and drink to the side.....I didn’t not receive it. So I don’t know what y’all doing, y’all being a mess, please get your stuff straight and deliver a good service. I waste my hard working money just to get half of what I ordered.......
