I’ve been unsuccessful in getting my order from this small business. I’ve reached out via their online portal, through text message, and I have made several phone calls. I have attached proof of all this to my review for reference. Out of the 7 times that I called this place, I was able to speak to this Kim individual twice. The first time this individual manually pushed my order through but that was after it had been almost 1.5 weeks since placing the order. The second time we spoke she asked me to call her back because she was busy setting up. I called her back and no one answered and since then no one has answered the phone during their business hours. I have proof of all this which I have attached to this review.

According to USPS, they’ve been awaiting the shipment since May 8. I placed my order on May 1st and today is May 22nd.

I placed the order watching a live TikTok of this individual while she supposedly packed my order during the stream. I don’t have this order and my attempts to kindly resolve this have been in vain. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is individual still goes live on TikTok to make sells when she can’t even handle the orders that fall under the cracks (like mine), and can’t handle the incoming messages and calls.

I honestly don’t have any hope of receiving this order nor from hearing back from this business. I already did my part and did more than what I should have in reaching out. This whole thing is giving fraud and scam.

Girl, based on your 3.7 Google rating it is evident that you need to hire more people to help you run your small business. Stop trying to bite more than you can chew. Based on other reviews, I can see that you’re loosing some business from kind people that gave you a chance and you failed them and now...

Have been following this business for quite some time on IG and I’ve always been tempted to purchase and eventually fell for it. The order confirmation email states orders ships 1-3 business days after confirmation. Yet now it’s 04/05/25 and I yet have not received my order, I did receive a “shipping email” notification, according to the tracking it states my order is in pre-transit since 03/26/25 that’s 7 days (or 5 business days) after placing the order. Attempted to reach them out via text and IG messaging no luck. Called the store and a coincidence or not, I was told that the day I called Kim was preparing to take some orders to be dropped off and she would put my order in I asked if I would obtain confirmation to which Kim stated I would obtain an email, I haven’t received such email. I should have seen the reviews here first before placing my order. Don’t understand how you have your business running when so many people have encountered the same issue I have. Take this suggestion, hire more staff. Hopefully that way, you don’t disappoint so many potential...

Hidden GEM💎 in Pico Rivera!! Walked in on a whim because this tiny little piece of candy paradise is literally hidden behind the Jim’s on telegraph. This is the Mexican version of Willy Wonka with the spice of life added. They make their chamoy and mixes in store, and the taste isn’t like you’re regular kind of chamoy candy it’s really really good stays moist and not too sticky. The decorations and sales are great they even deliver! Above the door is a sign to their mother which I thought was sweet since I was missing mine the second I saw the sweet little shop. She loved everything sweet and spicy and would’ve loved this place if she were still here. I’m truly sorry I forgot the young woman’s name at the counter that was truly the sweetest and most personable young lady. Ok before I write a novel or run out of space, just get your behinds here to Kimdy Sweets it...
