I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the consistently poor service and subpar quality at your 4500 Rosemead Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA location. On multiple visits, I’ve had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to be acknowledged at the counter. Once, I stood there for 20 minutes after being told, “We’ll be right with you,” before anyone asked why I was there. During my most recent visit, the person at the counter prioritized fulfilling orders for delivery services like Uber Eats over attending to customers who were physically in the store. When I finally received my order—a Shaq-a-Roni pizza—it was cold because it had been sitting on the shelf for so long. To make matters worse, the pizza was nothing like the advertisement. It had no extra pepperoni or cheese and was far from being NY-style—it was just a regular pizza with a thick crust. Employees avoid eye contact and are rude. She has a LOVELY great attitude, very patient and VERY kind. Just because of her, it made me come back to this location even though it’s a little far from me, but it was worth it.
