Starbucks — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

BEST Starbucks internet I've ever seen in the USA! (not saying much; and it's really slow if there are other customers) I'm definitely coming to this location again! The absolute BRIGHTEST Starbucks ever! The workers and customers will get tans and UV rays from all the direct and reflected sunlight. Interesting modern interior design. This location isn't optimized for maximum seats/tables.

Sometimes the drive thru is busy and takes up all the employee labor :(

ZERO electrical outlets for customers!!!!!!! Considering Starbucks has a huge customer base who are WORKING students...this seems like a very dumb decision on whoever decided to neglect that portion of the market. If this was done by corporate, I suspect they will see a drastic decline in revenue on a national level. Even now after graduating, I will occasionally buy a drink knowing I can charge my device there while I mindlessly entertain myself or do work.

Aside from summer when the sun is higher up, I suspect this location will get lots of sun rays on the interior area, too much for my liking, during mornings and evenings. (They now have window blinds; you need to lower them yourself)

This place needs some window blinds/shades because I'm going blind and getting wrinkles! Also, give me power outlets! These are inexpensive services I need, and with content at nearly 35M views, I suspect I speak for...

I’m sorry to share that I had a very disappointing experience with the staff during my recent visit. (July 16th 2025; 9am) The cashier appeared visibly unwelcoming when taking my order, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Later, I politely asked for the cream to be refilled, as it was nearly empty, but the staff member simply opened the container and insisted there was still enough, without offering to assist further. Overall, the service felt unfriendly and unhelpful, which was quite unexpected from a place like Starbucks. I always have great experience at my location; Brea and imperial. Such...

Look, no globs, courtesy of Norwalk and Beverly blvd starbucks. I asked for a better mix from the Rosemead and Beverly blvd starbucks, since the ice matcha i was given last had a lot of globs. The cashier said it comes that way, there is nothing we can really do. 08/15/2025 Gave me a muffin with a small hole at the bottom of the bag. Of course it opened up and the blueberry muffin fell to the floor of my car. She said let me get you a new one. She just gave me a new bag. This is why i no longer tip…can’t believe you pay some of these people...
