I will definitely jump on board with the rest of the reviews. I was craving Chipotle all day and finally went to pick up food when I thought it would be less crowded. There were 6 people waiting on to go orders. I ordered my child the kids quesadilla meal...I thought was just the quesadilla, chips or fruit and a drink. Then they asked what 3 sides she wanted...she doesn't eat any of them but rice so they gave her 2 sides of rice. There were supposedly no chips so she didn't get chips or fruit. I got a bowl and they let me know they were out of chips, corn salsa and veggies. So I have to wait a minute for them to fill up the fresh white rice (this is important) and I got white rice, black beans and then I find out they only have chicken, steak and something else I couldn't even recognize. I had wanted the pork. There was an entire grill full of meat cooking. Then they had most of the rest of the toppings ( i was swimming in sour cream). Of course I had to wait on a cashier because she was busy bagging fresh chips for the to go orders (clearly not for any of us on the restaurant to eat or order). The kids meal came with a drink so my child wanted a fountain drink. You guessed it, they were out of about 4 ofthe drinks but had Coke. The spot for trash was a big empty hole and there was trash everywhere. Fast forward to us getting home and trying to eat the food. Remember the fresh rice we had to wait for? Well I have eaten and cooked rice many times, and it's not supposed to be hard! My child almost broke a tooth on it. Since I had never ordered the chicken before (Remember I wanted pork) I didn't know it was spicy so the child won't eat her food either. That was a waste of my time, gas and money on the food. Next time if I want it that bad I will drive down...
Read moreWell, it was "Sorta" busy, a line of MAYBE 8, I was right past the side door if that tells you how long the line was. Everyone was frantically running around acting like it was the Lunch Rush! When I got to the counter the girl doing the rice actually listened to me when I said "extra rice" so I didn't have to say it 5x. Next was the sauce... I had 2 bowls, while I was telling what I wanted on the one, the guy asked the guy behind me what was going on MY BOWL. I was focusing on my one bowl so didn't notice this until the guy went to put the top onto my bowl. Good thing the guy behind me only said cheese! I had to get my sauce on the side because the normal "Green" mild sauce was BROWN! I asked if that was their normal cause I have NEVER seen it brown before!? Of course I was told it was fine. And honestly, when i got home and tried it, it tasted fine!
Lady behind me also got lettuce put on her bowl and she didn't even ask for it. She realized when her bowl was pushed next to mine and she thought it was someone elses. She said she was "in a hurry" and "just forget it, I'll take it off myself."
It was a mad house and there wasn't even a rush! I didn't even stop to get forks or napkins cause of the chaos! I understand it's kinda "Fast food" but the experience was really stressful thanks to the workers freaking out over nothing, trying to rush and messing up repeatedly. Calm down, it's just food! If everyone would've took time to actually listen to the customers instead of trying to rush and get us out the door it would've been a better experience. I was chill before I walked in and walked out a nervous wreck lol! I'm giving 3 stars cause the food was still good but minus 2 stars due to the mad house environment and all...
Read moreThis location is SO much worse than it used to be. Door states they are open until 11 pm, but at 9pm they are out of white rice, cheese, guac, chips. Another visit, they are out of salsa at 9pm and no Cilantro in the white rice. This place does not have enough inventory to stay open past 9pm. These are the 2 most recent examples, but I cannot think of a time in the last 2 years ive gone to this chipotle and they werent out of something in the evening. I saw numerous people waiting on online orders, who drove to pick it up, only to arrive and find out they have no chips and guac, or no quesadillas because they're out of cheese. Someone needs to evaluate their inventory because regularly running out 2 hours before close is unacceptable, especially if you're EXTENDING the hours open and charging full price.
Workers are also rude. I was being charged for a side of guac for my veggie bowl, and girl tries to ignore my issue and explains its labeled V on the guac that it's for a veggie bowl. Yeah I got that, I'm talking about at the register. Another worker says she won't charge me for either guac after that mistake and throws my receipt away. So I grab my receipt from the trash, and low and behold, I'm charged for the guac. I didn't complain because she Said she was going to give me one free, but why would she even say that if she didn't, and try to hide it by throwing my receipt away. The night they were out of 4+ items, they cooked new chicken and replaced it in the line. a worker walks up and asks another worker "why is the chicken burnt" GREAT QUESTION. way to make it sound appetizing as I am getting 2 chicken bowls of the said...
