Service was horrible! No communication amongst staff. 4 associates working. My daughter didn’t get a receipt. It took 12 mins for a pink drink and they didn’t even have all the ingredients for the drink. I’ve been a store manager and managed many restaurants from Pizza Hut to Boston Market to TGIF. I told the associate this place is very unorganized and dirty. I know it’s busy and I’m understanding about that. However, it’s four of you and you guys are running into each other. Running back and forth. I told her y’all will never catch up that way you have to communicate. You have to pick the order that makes sense to work on that’s near where you are so you not running around. Elect one person to run in the back to get things not all of you. You have to communicate. You have to set things up to save steps. It can actually be fun if you work as a team. There was no communication with customers like we are about to work on yours next. When I ask how much longer. I didn’t get the time or anything. I got excuses like sir I got to do drive thru and I’m trying to do this over here. WRONG ANSWER! It’s four of y’all with a 5th person coming in. Only three to four cars outside and just me and my daughter. I’m watching the orders they weren’t even big orders. It was one to two orders per car that pulled up. The one girl was taking my constructive counseling well. I said I’m just trying to tell you that it will be a long day if you continue to work that way. Then this other girl I wasn’t even talking to sarcastically said you can apply for management position if you interested in being a manager. I’m still giving the lady advice while she works on an order. The other girl keeps getting smart with me. I’m like LISTEN I’m not complaining and I wasn’t talking to you. I’ve ran million dollar businesses Im a investor now I never ask to be a manager here I’m trying to tell you that y’all making y’all job harder then it needs to be. It’s not even a rush and y’all are totally unorganized and the floor being dirty can cause a slip hazard. She continued to go back and forth. Here’s the funny part. That’s the most communication I heard the whole time. Sooo she literally stopped working “already being behind” to start an argument with me about they know what they doing and if you want to be a manager you can go online. She totally didn’t receive anything I said nor did anyone even apologize for not having the product right nor the wait. I will be talking to the general manager. After that I will be calling the corporate office. If they are not going to communicate amongst each other they DEFINITELY shouldn’t have the energy to sass back at me cause I’m telling them the truth. Pizza Hut we had way more to do and half their staff. We still had to have carryouts under 20 mins. How does a pink drink get down the time it took for a cook to make 4 pizzas run them through a 10 min oven and cut them up then boxed them? When they got 4 people plus one walking in???? Please explain how making a drink takes that long with just us in line and 3-4 cars outside? Do you know you can only serve one person at a time at the window. Meaning you only have the customer in front of you and the one at the window. With the car behind being prepped. That’s 3 customers. That’s roughly only 6 cups at the most. I wasn’t trying to hear the excuses. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I didn’t need the sarcasm that really set me off!!! I’m not satisfied and that young lady needs to be fired for stepping up to me provoking me. She was the slowest one at that and had all the mouth. Go figure!

Read moreCame to this location and ordered through drive thru. I asked for a coffee with pecan flavor and extra sweetener with cream. The lady hands me my coffee and I taste it and it’s not the way I like. So I ask for more cream and hand her back the cup. She then hands it back to me and gives me another cup wit cream in it. I’m in drive thru !! So I pull over and park and as I open my cup it filled to the brim with coffee and it spills on me! Same thing with the cream. So I go inside because this is an inside the restaurant job not something you should do in a car!! I ask for the manager and another woman comes and identifies herself as the manager. I tell her what just happened and what I would like and she says with attitude “so you just want room in the cup?” “No, I’m saying that I don’t like cold coffee and the cold cream will make my coffee too cold to drink.” Long story short no patience no courtesy and bad customer service from this location is what I got. Starbucks is known for being able to customize your drinks to your liking but the service I received from this store was not what I get when I go to most any other location. I don’t feel that it’s necessary for me to know how to tell them how to make my drink, I just need to know that it’s possible. So for the manager to be slightly combative about what I am asking for wasn’t the experience I wanted especially when it meant I had to park and go into the store to get my drink...
Read moreFrom what I can tell, it seems that this location needs some serious help. Everyone has an issue with each other. A couple months ago, there are two white women who work there, one with colored hair, and s shorter woman with an arrow tattoo on her wrist. I heard them complaining about their manager BIG time. Saying how Kelly doesn't have the backs of anyone except the 'black girls' in the store. I have to agree with them because other times I have been there I have heard some of the younger black girls yelling at customers and other staff members.
But when I hear employees complaining about their manager, that makes me think the store needs to be gutted top to bottom and new staff brought in.
I was there this past week and it seems the store keeps getting worse. My drink we wrong, but I didn't complain. I just went to another store. It is not worth the fight when the young people in charge will fight with you about an order that placed online several times and it has been right every other time except when ordering here. Last time I will order from this location.
Also, please clean up the language of your staff. I also thought that Starbuck employees had to wear clothing that was appropriate for working in the store, meaning no branding on the clothes, proper shoes, no yoga pants or sweat pants. I guess the manager...
