I don't know about the other perspectives or experiences on here but my experience was pretty much high above my low expectations! Efficient in one word from the thorough, patience , very polite, and professional the whole process was exceptional. I was given a standard average estimate of 55 -65 minutes. I was ravenous. In about 20 minutes phone rang he is outside . I decide to tip and then gave a twenty in cash. I also would be remiss in not Raving of every single one of their dishes has in my opinion very fair prices! Another exceptional thing to be aware of and be grateful is their standard cap of ONLY $2.50 for delivery fees. Not $15 or absurd prices and why I rarely do any restaurant deliveries! I ordered a large and a large egg roll and extra Bok Choy only one dollar!! Especially if you compare it too say Panda Express? the total only came to $20.75. I'm an advocate for Corporate Integrity . When 9 out 10 companies are more and more selling out or shady or corrupt 3rd party knockoffs not concerned or care about their customers. This Chinese restaurant I think can stand above the mediocrity of many other...

The chow mein consisted almost entirely of overcooked, mushy onions—not even crispy noodles. The veggie fried rice had maybe 3 peas and 5 little carrot cubes, and all the rest rice. None of it had any flavor.

This time I was told that the manager wasn’t in and a refund was impossible, but if I brought the food in, they would remake it. I said that I had paid for delivery, and I shouldn’t have to come in. The person hung up on me. My housemate called back and tried reasoning with them, and they hung up on her too. We will not be doing business...
Read morePlaced my order around 2pm for 2 lunch combos online, specifically stating "NO PORK" and either coke or Pepsi for soda. Got my order first time and it had pork fried rice and they brought me a root beer not a coke plus there were no crispy noodles for soup. It did not matter to me that my soda was wrong but I called back to let them know they put pork in my food. Driver arrived second time with only vegetable fried rice and no egg foo young or orange chicken. It was now 4pm and I just gave up and only ate the fried rice and gave rest of food to my co-workers who do consume pork. Even the fried rice that I ended up eating was very dry and half way cooked. People should learn to speak English if they plan on doing business in US, because the driver's excuse was that they don't speak...
