ROACHES! Past Manger at Moes here. I got fired because people didn’t like me. But this store is disappointing. They’re are cockroaches everywhere, there in the cold area, behind the atuo sham where we keep our hot food. They’re in the ceiling and, come out onto the dishes above the sink. The place is really nasty been wanting to get out of there for a long time but couldn’t due the needing money. I’m sorry if I was rude at all but that place is disgustingly nasty. Yeah, I do not know what happened with this location but it has gone downhill. One of the last times I was in here the cheese tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and was sour. When my wife brought it to the staff's attention we were told that since I had eaten some of the meal they would not replace it. Also, they said the cheese should taste fine its been out since lunch, and mind you it was 5 pm, and their make line was not properly keeping things cool. Food is always fantastic, but can you all please train your employees on how to roll a burrito? five times out of ten, when I mention to an employee I want the burrito instead of the bowl, they look very clearly distraught. It's gotten to the point where I will walk away when they begin the rolling process because I know that watching them trying to roll a burrito is just going to be a painful sight.
